I came here cause my first experience was good. The second experience was HORRIBLE. So much so this actually happened two years ago and I still remember it. The lady working on my nails was extremely rude to me. Kept man handily me saying my “hands were too stiff”. Then proceeded to say she wouldn’t finish the service if I didn’t “loose up”. And although I literally just wanted to leave at this point. As her and another tech were making snarky comments about me that I couldn’t understand… however I was the only one in the salon so it had to be me. I stayed cause I had a wedding to go to that weekend and needed my nails to be done. But I left feeling so disrespected and uncomfortable. I’ve never went back.

They are not professionals in less than 10 minutes they do it because they want more and more $$$ I went to this place yesterday and they gave me a regular pedicure. I cut my nails a lot without asking, he insisted that they be done with heli geli or whatever they say. And then he sent me to a tiny fan that moved.
My feet looked the same except with short nails, I paid for foot washing only. No callus filing or massage. $30 good price, bad work, disappointment I will not return. ?

NEVER again coming to this place!!! I went there for the second time with my mother. My mother is an alzheimer's patient and due to her condition she’s always nervous and confused we were sitting next to each other getting a pedicure, I always like sitting next to her to speak on her behalf… The lady that was doing her pedicure was so RUDE I was trying to explain to her how to cut my moms nails and she didn’t want to listen to me she was talking to the lady that was doing my pedicure that also was so RUDE to me she was rushing me to pick a color. 3 other costumers noticed how rude they were to my mom and I they told me to let the owner know what’s going but what I wanted at that point was to leave the place. My mom and I got the worst pedicure ever. We went to another place the next day to get it fixed!

Nail tech Leah did an amazing job ! She recommended gel x nails and left my nails exactly how I wanted them from a reference picture. I fell in love with them. She was fast but efficient. Would definitely go back to her again.

Like the other reviewers stated, this place is hit or miss. In retrospect, I was warned online, and by a friend who is local who had a bad ombré experience. Let me start by stating the lady rushed job my pedicure to the point I still had dead skin on my toes, and repeatedly I asked her to take the dead skin off on my foot, or nail. Rushed scrubbing my feet, and I work on my feet constantly. To have left over dead skin in some areas is a no no, and I offered to pay extra. The last time I was here I had another girl who did great. This time I won’t be coming back. Lastly, the was on my feet were bad and rushed (bubbles, and showed too much paint put on). All this ends with a “You can pay now” when just being seated to dry. I tipped well, only to not get a thank-you. I would recommend finding someone there and sticking with them. There are too many nail techs and some do not want to do nails all day.

It’s either a hit or miss when I go , They usually rush your service or it’s overcrowded and they tell you they can attend you but have you waiting for 10-30 minutes to be seen . But the nail tech Gaby who works there does the nails pretty and the waxing is good

My friend and I came here for the first time and it was a great experience! The salon is clean, cute, and the vibe was so friendly. They have a huge selection of DND, OPI, and Dip Powders. I had a great gel pedicure with Quen. So nice and efficient. I'm so happy with my ballet slipper pink toes! Will definitely be back!

The girl who did my acrylics was very bad. She left them so thin they broke within 3 days… she also didn’t know how to apply the acrylic powder she let it become liquid to the point where it got stuck to my skin and caused irritation. Terrible service.

I am very up settled!!!! And I just had my nails done yesterday by Sophia. Twice I asked her for a discount on my nails as two are already falling off. Some of them on the hand needs to be beffed.she never cleaned nail glue around!
