A couple days ago I made a review indicating that this branch didn’t accommodate me at all , but there was a new issue that arose after extending my rental agreement with them where my card kept getting declined with Bank of America , this usually happens when you request a new card with this bank it does make you verify the payment that is being processed to eliminate any fraudulent activitybut unfortunately with their policy they are only allowed to process the card once after declining then you do have to wait an additional 24 hours before they can process again , but luckily the branch manager was kind of enough to let me keep the vehicle until this issue was resolved with my bank , it did decline a few more times & again he accommodated me until my bank figured it out & I can now say I am happily satisfied with the service that was provided by them with this issue that arose with my bank. I can now say this 5 star rating is greatly deserved & Thank you for your amazing customer service ! :)

Nothing has changed unfortunately. I did at 1 time love enterprise. But I'm sorry if thing's are done a certain way they should stay like that. I lost my job on Friday due to the rental

Huge shout-out and big thank you to Johnte and Griffin. Be sure to ask for them if you're planning on renting from here. They will make your experience as quick & as hassle-free as possible. They addressed all my concerns and made sure I left the lot in a car that I was comfortable and happy with. This is the 2nd time they have taken care of me. Very pleasant and kind people to work with. Customer service 1000/10. No complaints whatsoever. The type of service that you cannot get at any other rental place. They definitely represent Enterprise amazingly and will not make you want to go anywhere else!

Do not use if you have an issue with your rental car. Enterprise roadside assistance sent me here after my car wouldn’t start to switch cars. They insisted my key fob only needed a new battery and refused to give me another vehicle. Well guess what happened? Same problem and a day of my trip ruined waiting for AAA and having to get to the nearest Enterprise hours away since I had left the city.

I rented my first ever rental car from here last week. I had an issue with my credit card upon attempting to pay. I was extremely stressed out and thought I might be stuck there. The two store associates, Griffin and Megan, were extremely helpful and they went above-and-beyond to get me my rental car so I can start my family vacation. I dropped off the car 4 days later, on time and without any issue. The outstanding customer service provided by these two associates has made me a lifetime Enterprise customer.

After my car got totaled I needed a rental for almost 2 weeks until I was able to purchase a new vehicle. The staff I interacted with at Enterprise were always polite, helpful & friendly. While most of the rental cost was paid by my insurer, Enterprise waived the very modest fee that I was responsible for. I wasn't expecting that, and that kind of great customer service will make me choose them the next time I need a rental.

Came to this enterprise location after having a bad experience with the Lynn branch. They went the extra mile to take care of us and explain how the Geico/Enterprise process works. We even saw them politely help another couple that came in for a last minute rental with no hassle. The man that helped us (Mike?) up front was pleasant and made sure everything was running smoothly. Will definitely recommend this branch to others.

We booked a car at the Chelsea location when we got there the first question the manager asked was what do you do for work and where do you work? No one has ever asked me that question before! I thought it was odd. She made us wait and when we finally got a car she gave us a little box! With 200,000 miles smh I was very disappointed with the service & had the nerve to ask for 300 dollar deposit and we’re still waiting for our deposit back btw. We called several times they keep saying 5-7 business day. It’s been 2 weeks already. I definitely don’t recommend that location! (Chelsea Marginal St)
