Terrible service, there is an agent named Cristian Hernandez who gives terrible service, apparently he doesn't like his job because to be in that potion you have to know how to treat customers because they eat for customers

I opened up a new checking account at Eastern Bank due to the fact that my daughter has an account here. I thought it would be easy to make transfers. Anyway I went in and the young lady at the service desk took my information she was extremely friendly Positive and provided excellent conversation during my sign up. She explained everything thoroughly minimums, balance transfers etc. she was extremely proficient at her job. I was in and out in about 20 minutes which I thought was it perfect amount of time to open up an account. They also have instant ATM cards and debit cards as well as credit cards. The location does have a drive up. The bank is usually open during regular banking hours. Easy access off the parkway. FYI this is a cute little location as it actually looks like an old cottage.

No customer service what so ever. You will stand in line while 3 employees are behind the counter looking at their computer screen saver and no one will call you for awhile mind you sometimes im the only one in line. Its such an awkward feeling. And dont have the manager help you his the biggest a****** And once someone finally calls you they take care of you as if you there to bother them. This place has change managers so many times and the situation never improves. Idk if they over work their employees but the change starts with the manager. Really thinking in moving my personal business account across the street to citizens bank. I dislike the feeling i feel as if am a bother for coming in every Friday.

I’m not a Citizens Bank account Holder But after my experience today I would never Want to be if I could give a negative 5 stars I would I received a check mine you it was an Eastern Bank check after waiting in line I go up to the window had my check ready two forms of ID handed it to the representative she asked me do you have an account with us I said no she said give me a minute went to ask her manager if she could cash my check of 8335 she came back and stated she was unable to cash my check come back end of the week they would have the money Friday to cash the check WOW I’ve never Ben told from a bank that they were unable to cash. Check I’ve cashed bigger checks in the past not in Citizens Bank but other banks for larger amounts with no problem if your a bank and unable to cash a 8335 dollar check any giving time why would I want you to be my Bank sorry that was Cheesy called East Boston Branch had the money right away went there didn’t have to wait to the end of the week stay away from a Mediocre Bank

The assistant branch manager who sat in the lobby had no smile on her face and tried not to get clients into their branch just pushed the clients away. Not good customer services.

I have been coming to this branch for many years now and I couldn't be happier with the service of this bank. I have gotten to know the tellers very well and they have always been very helpful and courteous.
