Always friendly staff, very welcoming, and help you with anything you might need.
Pharmacy as well extremely friendly, only issue is i was unable to take out my meds because my id was expired and had to go without my medication for the entire day untill one of my family members came back home from work.
But besides that very lovely, I always come back. ????

The only place I ever been too where they close the whole pharmacy department so people can take a break so now I gotta delay my time sensitive schedule till 2pm because people don't know how to take turns with Breaktime smh 0_o

I am a patient at your pharmacy but there is one staff who is very rude when talking with me , she ended up my conversation without notice , I called back many times to your pharmacy but there id noone to pick up my phone. This is unacceptable

This place is seriously awful now. I've been coming here for almost 6 years and the last 6-12 months have been chaos. The pharmacy stopped billing my prescriptions to the insurance company and started billing me the full cost for meds when they were all still covered! You can't call and speak to anyone in the pharmacy, so all issues have to be addressed by wasting a visit there. I've been patient with them in a post-covid world with very little staff, but they've just become worse. Today they refilled a 30 day prescription with ONE PILL in the bottle. I'm moving all of my prescriptions to an online pharmacy; this is absurd. This CVS location has most of the products in the store locked up now too. It's ridiculous that I need to call someone over to pick out a new toothbrush.

I'm glad I get to see a familiar face at the Chelsea CVS! I was a customer at Senadas previews work and she was wonderful... I'm glad that I get to still enjoy her service at CVS. She's a really helpful person.

This place is horrible. They seem to have no staff and now the pharmacy never picks up calls. I called 7 days in advance to get my inhaler come to find out in the portal it's "delayed." That's the only detail I got. I tried calling to ask about why it's delayed and if it can be transferred somewhere else but they haven't called me back and they never ever seem to pick up the phone. I'm now out of a very essential medication and just hoping I don't have to go to the ER....

I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but I made an appointment for a vaccine a week in advance, when I got to the place they check something in the computer and I could hear them whisper to themselves "oh we should let him know." Instead of telling me anything in the moment they just had me sit down for 20 minutes they came out and said that they didn't have the vaccine. I'm not sure why they wasted my time if they didn't have it and didn't tell me right away when I checked in, and I also have no clue how they don't have something I requested a week in advance and no one thought it would be a good idea to let me know beforehand.

This location needs more than 2 workers so that simple stuff does not get locked and require employees to remove security tags. I want to interact with employees as less as possible and just walk in, get what i need, check out in my own, and walk out in less than 5 minutes…

I have to give this pharmacy a review. Everyone here is so nice and polite… I’ve been to many Cvs locations over the years and this pharmacy is doing an amazing job!!! They are always willing to find the way to help with any prescriptions issues and the attention the give to people not just me as I wait in line I see how they approach others!
