Manager is terrible do not care about line, prefers to do anything but help costumers, bankers are on the phone doing nothing but laughing and when you said why they do not help they said because I have an appointment and I need to wait for them I was in line for 30 min almost and nobody arrive, CITIZEN DO SOMETHING PLS

Yesterday was the last time I will be visiting the Citizens Bank Chelsea MA location. There were ten people in line, two tellers and 5 people walking around in the back chatting. The woman in front of me mentioned this happens to her everyday when she comes in for a business account. It should be closed down for wasting peoples' time, sloth-like behavior and lack of customer service. IF they don't respect customers time, they don't respect our money. I walked out after the line didn't move for ten minutes. I will blame myself for stupidity if I ever walk in there again. Arrivederci

I made an appointment to open an account, when I arrive at my appointment I see that no one helps, asks or indicates where to go or what to do, I ask about my appointment and they tell me that they have to serve two clients before me, what is the purpose of having quotes ?
I saw a line that never moved or opened days and people attended it, I have seen bad banks but this one is worse!

The worst branch ever!!. The tellers are unfriendly and so slow. There is a long line ALWAYS no mater what day and time. The bank machines always spit out $5.00 bills despite choosing denominations. Imagine having sixty $5.00 bills on a $300 withdrawal!! Trash branch!

Terribly staffed location. 25 people in line today 1 teller. ATM is constantly out of cash, causing us to go next door to Santander, then we get hit with a fee from Both banks.

The ladys on costumer service are very lazy and slow they will help you if they want or feel like it other than that they will tell you to come back 2 or 3 days later.
