Came In to buy a couple for scratch tickets, was told by the 2 people working that it’s shift change, which I understand. It’s 2:25 I was told to come back at 3pm. That is stupid, and honestly wouldn’t have gone up here to review if they were nicer.

Javier was an excellent clerk. We had to walk 6 blocks just to get some tobacco. 7/11 rocks

I've been to this 7- Eleven multiple times and this is the only store the manager tells me lottery is closed for a half hour. Come to find out he says this when the cashier is on break i also have been told by employees i cant place my lottery numbers or purchase scratch tickets due to them counting before shift. I thought maybe it's just me but i was behind a woman in line and manager told her the same lottery is closed from 11 to 1130. Which that was Saturday September 10th. I've never experienced this at any other 7- Eleven in Chelsea or orher cities. I can understand about cashiers counting tickets cigarettes etc etc before and after a shift change but the manager stating lottery is closed between certain times daily is ridiculous thats also his job to cover lottery when cashier is on break. Also i was told this by an employee thats why he won't do lottery is because cashier is on break. If possible can his rule be changed again ive been to different 7- Eleven and this is the only one i have an issue. This is the one at 936 Broadway Chelsea ma 02150

I'm filing a complaint with the US Justice department for ADA violations. I'm not eligible for a drivers license because of health issues (epilepsy). The large bald man refused to accept a US passport as valid ID. Blatant discrimination.

For a convenience store, this place had quite the selection! We grew up with 7-11’s on just about every corner in our home city, but this one was clean, organized and had a lot of variety! But most importantly—GREAT customer service!!!

I live down the street from here and come often. There is a very kind man who hangs out around the store and is friends with many regulars and employees. He is the reason why I go so much and he brings in business from others. He wards off creepy cat callers, always has nice things to say, makes great conversation, never asks for money, an all around unproblematic person, but the new manager banned him from the property for absolutely no reason. She lied about him asking for money, which he does not do. Im not one to rat out businesses but because of this anti homeless discrimination, I'm gonna. Recently, I've noticed the person who seems to be in charge not wearing a mask. The store is becoming more and more dirty, masks are not enforced, and the manager is incredibly rude. The younger kids who work behind the counter are sweet, but she has terrible customer service and managerial skills.
