We have purchased multiple trees and shrubs, about $2k per year, including $1k in the past month. Stopped in for end of season sales, found a deer statue that is normally $95 for half off. It had marks and scrapes which we could fix up. Due to the weight had to lift from the base. Got it home and found the had was detached and broken. Returned the next day to return it, and after waiting in line for 10 minutes was told it's a final sale. I explained we purchase weekly and the damage was not apparent. With others behind us we were told it's final, and move on as others were in line. I quietly stated the head was detached and it was not apparent, we were dismissed and told to move on. I reached out to corporate over a few days with a few messages, no response. After being embarrassed in line, and lack of multiple responses I am placing this review. We will now take our business elsewhere, over $42. They apparently are prioritizing their business to commercial operations, at the expense of local gardeners. Dissapointing.

The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. A wide variety of annuals, perennials, and seasonal plants for landscaping. Inside, you'll also find a curated collection of potted plants.

They have very helpful staff that don't hover. Lots of landscaping plants/materials and a large selection of seasonal flora. They have a small but choice selection of indoor plants inside as well.

Fall is my favorite time to plant shrubs so they can develop roots before the next summer heat wave. I recently bought three butterfly bushes from Weston in Chelmsford, Anna went above and beyond to send me a picture of the plants before I made the the hour drive. I was so impressed with quality of their plants I made a second trip back there to get four hydrangea bushes that no one else had in stock. Their plants are very healthy, much more so than the big box stores. I would not hesitate buying plants from them again. While I was planting them one of the garden club ladies asked me where I got healthy hydrangeas this time of year, I think that is a great compliment to Weston and their employees.

We stopped for Mother’s Day. Impressive selections, without the overwhelming volumes. This place was the perfect stop for a gift for mom. Perennials, annuals, supplies and gift items. Great customer service as well.

Beautiful, healthy plants! I was here today by chance, (my local greenhouse was delayed open due to wx) such a lovely surprise, houseplants on sale! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me a coupon for next time.
