I came here to review the bathrooms. Very nice, very clean, very appreciated. Staff is helpful, smaller Walmart, nice place.

I really don't know how to describe my feelings. When I received a phone call from my mother, I heard her crying because your shop assistant bullied her for not knowing English. She took two items to return, your clerk only gave her the money back one of them, she asked why, the clerk was very fierce and said you call the service center yourself, I don't know why! My mother had to call me for help, since I was not near her, I had to use the phone again to ask the clerk what happened, the clerk still told me to call the service center, they could not give me a full refund. And told me that you couldn't file a complaint, that you couldn't tell me that we only returned one item, and then just hang up. During this time, my mom brought her own shopping cart, and someone else took it, and the clerk said, "You guys go to the police," and then never spoke to her again, very rude. My mother is also a breast cancer patient, and she cried my heart out

It's unbelievable that the city of Chelmsford allows this place to stay open with no restrooms and instead have two portable unusable overflowing toilets in parking lot leaking onto the ground.

Do not go to drum hill walmart. The help is useless. Self checkout never works and there are never employees at the regular registers
The employees need a lesson in speaking up and enunciation in their words. Place is a joke!!

Very limited selection compared to other Walmart. They just re organized the shelves hard to find items. Asking the staff? Better know Spanish, the first 3 staff I asked didn't even speak English.
