The customer service I received from Jenn and Alex a few weeks ago was the best I could ask for. Professionalism and support at it's best! I had to have legal paperwork executed overnight and they made the stressful experience so easy. I can't thank them enough for outstanding service!

Very good experience here. I don’t have a printer and I ALWAYS have an issue with the label. Today I was assisted by Big Al who I witnessed being very congenial to all the customers and very helpful to me as well.

Customer service was phenomenal!! However, the working conditions you guys have for your employee is abysmal. Got this man working in 97 degree weather, covered in sweat, with a line of people out the door. Fix that A/C asap. Horrible

Way too hot in there!!!! I went in to drop off a package and the woman in there was great. She helped me out quick as can be but I felt so bad for her. The air conditioner was broken and the employees were clearly struggling with how hot it was. They shouldn’t have to be moving packages without air conditioning.

The UPS Store are reliable for shipping, printing, or mailbox services. They offer a lot of convenient services like packing, notary, and even passport photos. Plus, they're usually pretty quick and have great customer service!

The RUDEST customer service.. you really need to go to training on how to speak to your customers and learn how not to talk to the customers like they are children.
I went to the UPS location one town over, no issues , amazing friendly service. My item was shipped out, no questions , no insulting tone and my package was received by the store it was sent back to.

I came in with an extremely damaged box that seemed to beyond saving, but they were patient with me worked with me. We even laughed about it. They were great assistance, and I would recommend this store for anybody who’s looking to ship out anything and is having a rough time or may need the proper help. Laura and Sophany at the Chelmsord UPS storeat 119 Drum Hill Rd. Were AMAZING!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The notaries here are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever came across, mainly the manager, they have no idea how to notarize documents here and they can't explain anything without yelling and screaming like toddlers. If a customer needs help, you help them. You are expected to be professional on the job, if you don't like it you should find another job. I go to UPS stores as the post office is terrible, let's not become one. I'll stick to the other stores in the area.
