They lure you in with coupons (30% off), but offer better discounts if you buy online and pickup in store (40% off). They will not honor online discounts in-store. I was instructed to order online and return in 20 minutes to retrieve merchandise. When I returned 45 minutes later (Walmart trip with a toddler), I was informed that the order hadn’t come through and that could take up to 2 hours. Then it would take another 15 minutes for my payment to clear. The first staff member was nice, but provided bad information. The two staff members that provided the “correct” information were mean and condescending. I left in tears. I will never shop at this location again. The company construct pushes the buyer towards online regardless…brick and mortar will fail.

My mom was in this week after being hospitalized for a few weeks and still recuperating. One of the employees saw her struggling a little and was very accommodating, as she was trying to buy her grandson a birthday gift . They helped her shop and walked her to the car afterwards. Exemplified how good customer service should be executed. Thank you so very much !

Way way way overpriced although there's some really cool stuff in there whatever you do don't try to shop with from there they really follow you around even if you don't steal they assume that you do. Watch you like a hawk it's a little bit annoying when you're trying to look at things and someone's asking you if you need help every five effing minutes.
