We recently purchased some incredible pieces from Werner and Veronica. We have been searching for the right dining table and chairs for 6 months. Immediately upon entering the store, we knew we'd found it. The experience was perfect, and there was no sales pitch. There doesn't need to be when the product is at this level of beauty and quality. I learned a lot during this process, and I developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that it takes to make and import our new set. Even the delivery was impressive, with each piece wrapped in blankets and plastic. I look forward to returning for more. I highly recommend seeing what they have to offer here. You will not be disappointed.

Have bought here twice- both excellent experiences. Family owned business- a throwback to the good old pre- big box, pre- big internet days. Family does everything. On the showroom, Veronica is pleasant, knowledgeable, not pushy, follows up expediently on everything including delivery . Constant communication. Werner seems to do all the opps, knowledgeable, has the on site shop- even delivers himself- I think their own truck. Very accommodating and not a cold distanced third party service. Very nice teak furniture- not easy to find indoor teak nowadays where you can see and touch the product. Nice showroom-no frills but well done- a bit off the beaten path- with a good range of product. With not much overhead burden, I think reasonable prices/good value. Overall, an excellent and pleasant experience for us- twice.

My husband and I went to Fuchs Furniture in Chelmsford, MA for a dining room set and ended up purchasing three rooms of furniture! We love the warmth, richness and timelessness of teak and this store has lots of it! We were greeted by Veronica who allowed us the time to look and think about the pieces that we chose. She was gracious, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Additionally, Werner Fuchs was very informative and extremely helpful in our decision making process. He really knows all about teak wood and furniture! When we couldn't decide on a color for our recliners and sofa, we sought the advice of his mother, Annette, who started this business with her late husband, Lothar, many years ago. This is a family business and we found that they care about their reputation for integrity and honesty in all their furniture sales. Our experience there made us feel very comfortable, as we were guided by people who cared more about making sure we were happy with the pieces selected and not about just a sale. In response to a previous comment, Veronica, Werner and Annette were very Covid conscious and wore masks at all times!

Very helpful and kind woman showed me around their showroom. Had no COVID related issues during my visit. Great selection of teak furniture focusing on European brands. I very much appreciate the zero pressure environment and great prices. I will be coming back in the future.

We recently purchased a few pieces furniture from Lothar Fuchs and we couldn't be happier. Both Werner and Veronica, the owners are very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable regarding Scandinavian Design products and their inventory is beautiful and impressive. My husband and I recommend this great furniture store but even more the pleasant experience dealing with the lovely owners.

DO NOT shop at this furniture store! They do not follow state-mandated business COVID-19 guidelines. No gloves, no social distancing, no masks. Will take off mask despite requests to keep masks on. Not safe, not considerate, horrible service. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.
