While traveling with a toddler, the airline cancelled our cross country flight and rebooked us on a red eye a day and a half later to Boston (not our intended destination but on the right coast at least!) we rented a car to drive the 5 hours home and about 20 mins into the drive noticed a substantial tire leak. We stopped at this service station and Youseff and the other staff there were incredibly friendly, helpful and got us back on the road very quickly. We are incredibly grateful!

I went to here for an inspection sticker and was told that they would reject me due to the license plate peeling as I need to request a new license plate. Then he left me standing there and didn't come back. According to the DMV, he should have gone through the full inspection and given me an "R" sticker before going to the DVM to request a replacement plate and they would have waived the $10 fee. So after the DVM, I went back for my inspection sticker which I passed and paid the inspection fee. As soon as, I left I felt the car dragging as I was driving home, until someone pulled me over to tell me that my back driver tire is smoking. I checked to see if the parking brake was engaged and it was not. So, the police arrived and escorted me home and I immediately call my brake guy to come look at my car as he had just replaced my brake calipers last year. He said that the parking brake was engaged even though it showed being released in the car. He said it was as if someone took a hammer to engage the parking brake. He said that parking brakes don't engage by themselves. I have never ever used the parking brake so how could this have happened? I have one word "Sabotage" so I that I would immediately bring the car back for unnecessary service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I've been though many shop with my bmw , by far this was the best repair shop no there not the cheapest , they are very straight forward with you and what they say is what they do best of luck with your repair. I had the best experience with them and I also used my endurance insurance which was a piece of cake with these professionals I can't thank them enough. Mr Gioioso ..........

Worst customer service on 10/16 at 2:55 PM, rude behavior no he don’t have time to take the customers then I am not sure why he is running business. He simply saying I don’t.have time to take care for when I asked for replay lottery tickets.

The Yousif was very helpful. Highly recommend this place for service. The communication during the whole process was great. They even have a loaner car on site.

Came here to get inspection as I have for last 5 years I get there at around 8:15 am so I’m waiting in line only me the guy comes out looks at my front plate said it will not pass I said it passed last year he told me it would be rejected he disnt seem to want to do his job told me get a new plate which takes 12 weeks I was not happy I drove to Wilson auto near my house at passed inspection in 10 minutes if your help does not want to work get someone who will oh he was on the phone with someone I guess that was more important I will never go back

I went to get an inspection sticker, and one of the guys said I got rejected for my inspection and there was a crack on my two tires. I got offered to get it fixed by them. I said just “reject” my inspection. Paid $35 for rejection sticker. I went to the other Inspection place, and the owner said there was nothing wrong with my tires and said it was brand new. I believe him since my car is also new. Don’t go to this place in Drumhill Sunoco. They scam people.

Went for an inspection was told something was wrong got a $1600 quote. I went to my usual garage got a quote for $400 extremely less. Had to go there for inspection because my garage doesn’t do inspections. Will NEVER return not even for an inspection.

My mother who is 78 years old went in a couple days ago for an inspection sticker...Lets just say the guy told her not to drive her car home because the brakes were no good at all. Only problem is they were working just fine before she got there! Then told her $500 for brakes! She doesnt live far so she drove her car home in tears because it was obvious her brakes were not in the same condition they were in when she arrived arrived!! Way to try to take advantage of an elderly women! Thankfully her son is a mechanic! Do not trust this place!! Whoever this was should be ashammed of themeslves!!
