Very poor experience with Brian. Needed him for individual and estate taxes for my mother who passed. Brian assured me he was competent in this area and initially made me feel like I could trust him with this complicated service. No contact was made for 2 months when there was missing information needed to complete the process. When I expressed my frustration with not being contacted in regards to this, and instead the file sitting untouched for 2 months until I called to check in, Brian ended services with me. He said that issues would likely arise due to the length of time since her passing, disregarding the fact that he knew I had filed an extension. The entire process made me feel like Brian does not care about his clients. He completely wasted my time, money, and truly made me feel insignificant and deeply disrespected. Go elsewhere for estate taxes!!
Edit: We went with another CPA and they took care of us in no time
