The people were not helpful at all. They were rude and disrespectful, none of them were able to understand what they were supposed to do to port my plan to TMOBILE.There was a person inside the shop and they were sleeping while there were customers waiting.

I am deeply disappointed and upset because I don’t normally give this amount of stars to anyone. I feel like the person who helped us did not have enough training and empathy. The female employee at DrumHill said she only worked there for a month and hardly knew anything. As a benevolent as I am, I gave her a chance because I’ve been in her position before. HOWEVER, this employee was always on the phone and asking for help but it took way too much time. 4.5 hours we were there just to change my phone to another. The manager barely helped cause he was attending all customers at the same time. I really LOVE T-Mobile and have been a customers for years now. But please for the good of the company to train better for the employees or have someone who knows about technology. Today is Saturday and I had to call customer service to help my router and tell me to take out the SIM card from my old router to the new one. I just wish the DrumHill store would have told us. Not a lot of people know about this type of technology but please next time have employees who know their stuff. The employee at DrumHill kept saying “I don’t know”. Her name was Natalie. I noticed in this store they have new employees everyday. Again, I appreciate you reading this review.

Bait and Switch! Was offered a promotion on Black Friday for a free phone with new line activation, confirmed with them twice that this was different than the new line & $99 phone offered online (where the activation fee would have been waived). Not only was I charged the activation fee, but the phone shows up with the same $99 cost as it would have online (same promo code and everything), and T-Mobile Support insists they cannot help and I need to deal with this store directly where the associates have already lost my trust and respect. Tried to call them anyway and the phone just forwards to a voicemail box that is full with no outgoing message. It's about 2pm on a Monday. I've been calling since morning.

Went in today because my phone could not receive any services (Wi-Fi nor cell). first girl was nice, she was pretty new so she was learning also. They had a "manager" who was transferred up from Florida ... pretty useless. Another girl with the bad weave was rude asf. She bent my SIM card and SIM tray. They tried 2 SIM cards but failed to activate it and wondered why nothing was working. An hour and a half wasted. The girl with the bad weave said we should pay off the phone and jump to the newest. They tried to send us all around New England to figure out the problem. Anyways went to the Apple Store, that's how I found out the bent the SIM card, Bent the sim tray, registered 2 new SIM cards but didn't activate. Won't be going back for services, except only to get my Tuesday gifts.

As always if I can give this store review a negative star I would. Customer service and employee interaction is trash. Especially with one employee (Joyce) – her phone presence and F2F presence is “HORRIBLE” Very unprofessional (Attitude). Ask for the manager but she felt she can take on the task rather than get the manager. She always has an answer but no real solution. Not willing to help but rather be confrontational. Great at pointing the finger at others than acknowledging her part in it. Said she knows more than the manager. Asked why they didn’t make her a manager. (Rhetorical question). As I stated to Joyce I do not go back and forth with “Buffoonery” baseless conversation. When she told me that’s not even a word made me realize I made the right choice to discontinue any further conversation with her; her lack everything professional (Conversation, Interaction) would serve me nothing but a headache.Customer service has just gone down the drain. Poor training and lack of authority at a manger level at this location is at an all time low.

I initially gave this store 1/5 starts due to an awful customer service experience. However, I was surprisingly taken back by the level of respect and care provided by Yuri and Anthony today. They both went out of their way to accommodate my family and address their needs. It is a testament to the store's ability to change and provide quality service. I will return and recommend it to others!

Bad customer service. We went in to get a new SIM card and the person who helped us was rude. She had AirPods on and was on phone, while “helping” us. She also badmouth us while talking to her friend on the phone. Never returning to this T-Mobile again.

Daniel was awesome. He spent a lot of time with customer service fixing a technical issue with my new IPhone 7 watch. He wouldn’t give up till it was fixed. Highly recommend.

I had no smiles on my face for the last two days, until i visited Tmoble drum hill i was attended by Emil the mobile expert i'm happy and my smile back. May God bless the guy. He helped me fix the problems with my phone and told me about the home internet im going to get! Hes the best!
