Let’s start with the fact that this is a family owned and operated gas station and repair shop. If supporting small businesses is important to you, I highly recommend Rudy’s. Not only did he do my inspection without an appointment, he did it after his regular business hours. Cannot thank you enough, Rudy, and cannot recommend this place more. I’ll be back!

I can’t believe all these horrible reports about Rudy services. Yes some of his employees have been ruff under the collar. But Rudy has been serving my cars for over 30 years. He is honest and fair. If your car does not pass inspection he will fix it if it is a small problem but has to put an R on the window. Will change a light bulb get you new tires change windshield wipers. Try’s to get you the cheapest prices. He know his stuff and does a great job. He also mentors the special needs kids at one of the high schools teaching them the skills to work in a garage and making a career of being a mechanic if they want to and making something out of their life.

I was very pleased with Rudy’s quick turn around patching a nail hole in my tire, until he charged me $92. Found out my son had the exact same thing done at Schlott Tire in Tewksbury for free!!

Very bad service for state inspection they don’t state guidelines for inspections I understand I had to get a R for a lightbulb but when I asked then how much to chang it he said he cloud not do it even thought it was only 2 screws to take out and replace it I said ok I got to parts store down the street and do it 20 mins later I was back there and was told he was not able to do it it’s was going to be a long wait he was working on another vehicle and that is against the Massachusetts state rules and hold up inspection bay for more than 15 min and he wanted me to to put my seatbelt into sock it and that’s his job to make sure they work very unprofessional shop

Anybody who reads my reviews knows, I am not the middle of the road review type guy. I only review if its really good or really bad. With that said... This review for this particular business is going to be really good ??. The owner is one of the hardest working guys I have the honor of knowing. The service is excellent. Also comparing prices and apples to apples they are right there with other companies. And far exceed other companies with the service they provide. I am a forever customer.

I had my car towed here cause it died and the battery leaked acid everywhere, ruining a lot under the hood, they were able to get me in quickly and get the work done quickly. Even when the problem ended up being way more intense than we suspected they happily helped us out and did everything they could to get her fixed up. They did a full look over the entire car and found some other issues we weren't aware about and quoted us for future repairs. Truly a better experience than the normal Meineke I go to and will definitely be back. Thank you guys again so much

I want to thank Rudy for exceptional service last week. I brought my friends car for an inspection. It had failed previously and she could not afford to pay if it was going to fail again ( we were sure it was emissions only and had multiple other issues fixed already). He was more than willing to take the time to do a pre inspection to see what the error codes were and if he could say with some certainty that it would pass. He showed me his process and let me take pictures for her. He was confident it would pass and we decided to go forward. It did pass and he gave me lots of advice for things she could do to keep her car from failing again. Thank you Rudy. It was a huge relief for her. We are grateful.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They lie! Rudy (if that is his name) quoted around $750 over the phone but charged $1200 when I picked up my car! Then, denied saying the original quote when I asked why! They close at 6 on Fridays, I needed to stay at work but Rudy said they were closed on the weekends (that was a lie) so I had to leave work early.When I gave in to paying that amount, I put my card into the machine, Steve, the cashier, gave me my card back, and i left. An hour later I saw messages on my phone from Steve saying I grabbed the card from the machine (that is a lie!) and the payment didn't go through and so called the cops!! I checked with my bank and there was no transaction made and I took my car to another shop to see if Rudy actually worked on my car, he did.I had to call the police and ask them to escort me back to Rudy's to pay because they are insane and I no longer felt safe to be alone with them! When I went back to pay they took off $200 but that is still $250 over the original quote.They bait and switch! They lie and cheat!
