The service manager was rude, obnoxious and absolutely no help to me. He makes promises that he can't or won't keep. Truly the worst experience of my life. I will never purchase parts or utilize the service department again

Owners of Indian North Boston where i got ripped off by a sales person named Jeff Sarno. Been trying to call here for a few days no answer. If they allow sales people to say “that’s ok we will just up charge him next time” at a business they own. I can’t get in touch with a gm or owner. They don’t exist.

Sold me a car with major problems. Took it back for repairs 3 times. They did the bare minimum and every time it stopped working the next day. Not returning calls or messages.
