I've been a customer of QPL since 2001 and I will use no one else! They ALWAYS get the job done and have helped me immensely get BIG projects out without a hitch. I have huge mailings that I send to them to do - they print, fold, stuff and mail THOUSANDS of letters, saving me DAYS of work. They are experts in getting things done at the last minute. The staff at QPL are always reliable and friendly and very talented and I recommend them highly.

Had a issue with our printer picking up ink from our letterhead QPL supplied. The owner was out the same day (voting day) and he did not stop until he solved our issues. This is why i value using small business instead of internet "software" companies. We will be ordering from them in the future without hesitation. As a small business myself I would do the same thing and I hope other see the value in small local businesses.

Peter, Karen, and Alison are always quick to respond and produce whatever we need in a timely fashion. QPL did a fantastic job for us. We were looking for tote bags; but not the cheesy throw away kind. We were looking for a light weight canvas bag with our logo front and center. QPL came in with great pricing - better than several other quotes. The customer service from Peter and Allyson was great. I will definitely go back to QPL for future printing and promotional needs.

I met Peter Derby from QPL & The Imaging Group in a meeting and liked his ideas about advertisement. I ordered magnets, pens, & post cards for my business and everything was perfect. Allyson from Peter's office was very helpful and she took care of the logo and related printing stuff instantly. Some of the advertisement material needed expedited delivery and to my amazement, Peter personally delivered it to my office, can't thank enough. Products are good and the service is over the top, what else can one ask for :)
