My husband and I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and nurturing environment that Primrose Chelmsford provides for our baby since he was 4 months old. From the moment we enrolled, it became evident that this daycare is more than just a facility—it's a community that thrives on love, dedication, and a genuine commitment to child development.Cassidy and Jess, the teachers in the infant room, are amazing. Their love, attentiveness, and focus on individualized care have created a foundation for our baby's growth and well-being. The leadership team, Anne and Heidi, pour their hearts into making the school exceptional. Their welcoming atmosphere make them approachable and reassuring figures in the daily life of the daycare. What sets Primrose Chelmsford apart is the emphasis on learning. Our child has not only flourished physically, socially, and cognitively but has done so ahead of average milestones. The curriculum is a testament to the dedication of the staff and the uniqueness of the educational approach. The school facilities are impeccable—clean, secure, and loving. The director, Anne, is always accessible - her office door open all day, proving a commitment to transparent and open communication.Communication is timely and detailed. The mobile App this school uses provides photos, care activities, and lesson plans not only keeps us informed but also makes us feel like active participants in our child's day. It is so reassuring for first time parents! This level of transparency has fostered a deep sense of trust. Trust that our baby is not just in good hands, but in the best hands possible.Overall, Primrose Chelmsford has exceeded our expectations, allowing my husband and me to feel comfortable leaving our precious one in their care. The impact on our family has been profound, bringing not just peace of mind but gratitude for the exceptional care and support our child receives every day.

We have been really impressed with Primrose in Chelmsford. The staff has been wonderful and they take really great care of our two boys. They have an academic program that focuses learning based on each child's age group and they always have fun ways of making each day a little different. My kids truly enjoy going there and its been a very positive experience.

Our kids have all been at Primrose since they were infants. We have never even considered taking them anywhere else. As is typical, we were very concerned with finding the right daycare for our kids. We did not want to feel like we were settling on a place due to limited options. We knew Primrose was the place shortly after walking in-the facility is warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. The price is comparable to most other places that provide snacks/foods, but with a noticeably better environment. The curriculum focuses on both traditional education, as well as character development, which we value greatly. We have loved all the teachers, though our kids have loved them even more. The Director (Anne) and the owner (Rob) clearly care deeply about maintaining a high level of quality across every aspect of their institution. They celebrate your children’s achievements with them; putting together a beautiful graduation ceremony for the pre-k and kindergarten kids. We will look back on all our Primrose memories fondly, and we are sad to leave (due to a move).

I myself have been working with Primrose Chelmsford for almost 6 years, since the school has opened. I've worked for a few different centers and I can say this place is my favorite! I feel like I am actually making a difference with the children. Rob and Anne have been amazing to us employees! Having good management makes such a difference! Since working there I have had two boys, which both have been in Primrose since they were 2 months old. I love the curriculum and the wonderful people they are becoming!

To say we have loved our experience at Primrose School of Chelmsford would be an understatement. I don’t know if words can adequately express the amount of gratitude we have for Primrose of Chelmsford and their amazing staff. During our time, they have continued to exceeded all of our expectations. We started our journey with Primrose in April of 2021, when I was returning back to work after being remote from the pandemic. I was so impressed with their clean facility, communication with parents, and their curriculum. The teachers and staff are amazing. They have encouraged and supported my son in so many ways and we see his confidence soaring. It’s so easy sending him in everyday because he loves to go to school. We know when he’s there that he is safe, cared for, and having the best time.I really loved the communication and pictures through the app and whenever I needed anything, Anne and Heidi were always right there to help. We couldn’t have asked for better experience!

Great experience touring and enrolling my infant daughter before my due date. Anne, the director, was more than accommodating to us to give us a tour of the school and provided all the information on rates, waitlist, enrollment, etc. She was so kind to offer to meet us after hours for a tour due to the current policy being no tours during school hours related to covid restrictions. I highly recommend this top notch school with a fantastic director and staff.

I would never send my child to this daycare. We sent an email to the school and got the confirmation but when we got there, the lady, her name is Anne, told us we were not supposed to be there. She was so rude.. She did not even ask how old my son was but she told us there is no availability & she didn’t know when they have spot ?. She didn’t want to talk to us, she just wanted us get out of that place. That’s so strange for me, I have never run into that rude in my life. I was so nice to her. It’s a school and it should not have that people work at school.

I would not put my infant in this school. When I first called this school, I was told that there are two infant classrooms, one classroom for 0-6 months and one for 6-12 months babies. The day we dropped our daughter at the school she was almost 5 months old. However, as the school wanted to have both classrooms full to the capacity they put our daughter in Infant Classroom B with babies 7-, 8-, 11-, and 13-month old! Our daughter got a diaper rash after the first day at the school. The rash got so bad after three days that the school called and said maybe it is better to keep her at home because of the rash. When we took our daughter to her pediatrician, she said “they are not changing her”! After keeping her at home for five days, and after the rash was gone, we took her to the school. They asked us what the pediatrician said but we needed to be nice and we couldn't say that she said you guys are not changing her, so we said her skin is sensitive and let us show you how to change diaper and how much diaper cream to apply!!!! So I went in and showed them how to change diapers! One day my husband went to pick up our daughter and he heard her crying in the hallway, when he got to the classroom, the teachers started to make excuses as to why they were not picking her up off the ground with all the other older kids!! Our daughter kept getting diaper rash and it was difficult to care for her at home with both of us working. We started to look for a nanny and when we gave our withdrawal notification and removed our belongings from the school, the director wrote back that we have a very long waitlist, but when my husband asked her if the school is going to charge us for 30 days or if only till our daughter’s spot is backfilled for the waiting list, she wrote back in capital letter "as written in the contract for the whole duration of 30 days"! Again, I would think hard before putting my infant in this school.

We really loved our time at this daycare! We had our 4/5 year old daughter there for pre-K and our 2/3 year old son for preschool. Both of our kids really connected with their teachers. The teachers were all extremely caring and creative - always doing fun and interesting activities. The curriculum was great - our kids learned a lot and had lots of fun at the same time. I was confident that my children were in really great hands while we were there - it is a really well run daycare. Overall, we had a great experience.

We LOVE this place. My girls have learned so much. Ms. Lauren is an incredible teacher and caregiver. We also adore the Director Ms. Anne. She is so encouraging to me as a parent and helps me through tough times. She has a huge heart and has helped me feel comfortable and confident in dropping my girls off each day. She runs an incredible program. I was so nervous to leave my first born and they worked with me and built that trust and confidence. I was excited to drop my youngest off the first day because I know the quality of care she will receive. I wish I could give 10/10 stars!

I am due soon with my first baby and have been looking all around southern NH and the Chelmsford/Westford area for childcare for this fall when my maternity leave ends. We have probably toured over 10 childcare centers and not a single one compared to Primrose School of Chelmsford! The director, Anne, was so warm and welcoming both on the phone and in person. She was able to answer all of our questions and calm all of the fears involved in being first time parents and bringing our baby to a center! Anne and her staff really took the time to help us feel comfortable and excited about this new journey! We are on a waitlist for the fall because infant rooms are always very full, but like I said, I couldn't imagine bringing my baby to a nicer school than Primrose so we will definitely be waiting for a spot!!! Thank you Anne and Primrose teachers!

our experience with this school is not so good, the staff's attitude is ice cold, our son never felt happy to be there even after a few month, plus the virus surge, we decided to stop sending our son to there, but the staff told me despite the virus surge, we need to pay a extra month if we decided to stop sending our son there.

Our kids have since “graduated” to public school, but wanted to make sure we highlighted our experience with Primrose School of Chelmsford, as honest reviews were critical to us when selecting (and changing) daycare providers for our 2 boys.First, and most importantly, the teachers and staff are amazing. The communication with the management team was always timely and we appreciated the transparency that was always provided around any teacher changes within classrooms (this was super important to us coming into the school). Any questions that I emailed the administrative team (usually after hours) were generally at least acknowledged that night (either with an answer or letting me know a timeframe I could expect an answer). Our boys were happy with the teachers and staff they interacted with (and even now when we pass by the school while driving they ask if they can stop and say hello) and simply RAVED about Chef Dan’s cooking. The classrooms are spacious, clean and organized and we felt confident sending our kids there even during the COVID pandemic because of their thorough cleaning protocols and safety measures. We loved the structured curriculum that included the philosophy of learning while playing. Music and math were essentially part of most lessons throughout the day! Phonics and reading development were worked into the curriculum as well (some other places we looked at included these programs but they were an additional cost).Cost is usually a factor when selecting a daycare and we were very happy that the rates at Primrose were competitive with other similarly situated centers. We truly saw the value in what we were paying and the care and educational support and experience the kids were receiving. In total, we were at the school for nearly 3 years and one or both of our kids were in toddlers, preschool, pre-K, the private kindergarten program as well as the (newly created during COVID) school-age remote learning programs and both kids attended full-time.We are thankful to be part of the Primrose School of Chelmsford family and have met teachers and friends that we are confident will be in our lives for some time going forward.

We heard good experience from a friend about this child care. But our experience is completely different. Here is the fact: We put down a deposit on 6/3 to reserve a full time spot for our kid for the Fall semester. receive an email on 7/13 saying the full time spot is no longer available, and the tuition increased 16%.We are so frustrated, and because one and half month has been past. we can no longer find any full time spot around, and both of us need to go back to work. After communicating with the school, all we get is excuse, no solutions. If you are looking for a reliable place for your kids, look elsewhere.
