7 Summer St, ChelmsfordWe held a surprise birthday party at Madras Grill last week. We reserved the private party room for 20 guests, which was nicely prepared and ready for us. Dinesh, the manager, communicated with me multiple times in the days leading to the party to discuss the menu and other arrangements, and helped finalize everything. All the food items were prepared exactly as prescribed by us and served promptly without any waiting. Dinesh and the other staff members were polite and very friendly to deal with, and always had a smile on their faces, which is very important. They checked with us frequently throughout the three hours we spent there to make sure everything was ok, and if we needed anything. Five stars to the staff, and especially Dinesh. He personally made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay there. We did, and very much so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Madras Grill to anyone looking to hold a private party for up to 25 people.
