Buying a car is right up there with trying to find a place to live. It’s annoying. It’s tedious. I have got to say if it weren’t for Owen, I’d probably be taking an Uber everywhere. We make a list of things we want in a car and a deal. Owen hits everything on the list and THEN SOME. The most stress free experience I’ve EVER encountered. Safety and comfortability is as much as a priority for this dealership as it would be for you. Not to mention he asks you what you can afford as a down payment and GUARANTEES you’ll be driving off the lot if you see something you like with ZERO pressure to go outside your means financially. I wish there were 5 more stars because 5 isn’t enough. Thank you Merrimack Auto Sales!!!!

I bought my 2013 Ford Focus from this place 4 months ago and I'm extremely pleased. I've put 20,000 miles on it and have had not one issue. The guys there made the process easy and hassle free. I will definitely be buying from them again!

Well this is the most worst . Dealership that has pay hear Deals. 30days to fix problems in didn't fix bye replace New alternator ,lied . And could give a rental because there machinic was fixing someone else's. Because she had issues. No on pay hear ,deal. That could pass N.H inspection Vechicle because Itit put holes in lights in stead of replacing it . Now stuck because it Bought New Battery and it won't start 3 thousand paid in March for this. W

Owen was my sales guy and i live in upstate ny by the way. They were awesome, i was in the market after my 2018 Honda got totaled back in January so i was stressing another car loan since i only had that car for 2 yrs. Can i tell you though they made the process quick and as easy as possible since i was driving from ny to do business with them. By the way the cars are greatly price too. I got a 2018 Hyundai tucson with super low mileage, i drove it all the way back home to ny with no problems and now i have had this car for a little over 2 months and still holding strong and still no major problems. I am very please and will tell everyone about them and i will be back for another car or suv real soon. Thank you guys

Was in the market for another car. I had purchased a vehicle from Merrimack in 2018. I also referred a friend at the same time… both of our cars are still running. Now in 2024 I live one hour away from North Chelmsford, but I made that trip just to buy another vehicle from there. I dealt with a man named “Owen”. He was fabulous. Polite, honest, fair. Plenty of financing options, available and great quality cars I have recommended before and I will do it again.
