I took in my vehicle for suspicious exhaust smells and they diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repair in a week. They were flexible with my challenging schedule, upfront and honest with pricing (and incredibly reasonable), and even when they did a little more work than expected they remained at the price they had quoted me! AND there’s a 1 year warranty on the parts they fixed!! I cannot recommend Lou’s in Chelmsford enough - I received top notch customer service that was friendly and open in addition to a fixed vehicle for a reasonable price.

I came here on a recommendation of a good friend. They were able to take my truck in and fix what I was quoted by another place of over $2k they did it properly the next morning for less than a quarter of the cost with a smile! I recommend Lou's to anyone needing exhaust work done for s reasonable price!

I would highly recommend Lou's Custom Exhaust in Chelmsford for ALL your exhaust needs. The staff from the front desk/office to the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. Very quick service and very minimal wait time. The technicians showed me my current exhaust and recommended what was needed to do the installation. The installation price was very cheap. I have called other places, and this shop was the cheapest. Very satisfied with the work!

I called Lou's on a Monday morning with a concern my muffler was sounding louder and louder each day. They offered me an appt the next day but I was busy. I went that Friday. They showed me the damage, gave me the price, and got right to work. They were done (a job well done!) in 40 minutes. The waiting room was nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Came to Lou's in Chelsmford, on the recommendation of my neighbor, because my SUV was making a loud noise in the exhaust and it sounded louder than a truck at monster jam! I called first to get a price point because I figured it was either my exhaust and/or flex pipe. I spoke with John and he told me that Lou's offers a free diagnostic with no obligation so I made an appointment for the next day. My family and I arrived here at our appointment time and they took us in almost immediately. They were able to determine the issues (flex pipe and converter) and even show us exactly via diagram and then on the SUV itself so we would completely understand the issues that needed to be addressed. We were given an reasonable price point and told the work could be completed fairly quickly, at our convenience. Would definitely recommend to others!

Stopped in for a last minute appointment to do a rear resonator delete on a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7 Hemi. They had me in and out in 1 hour. Looks great, sounds great, price was proper, and they employees were friendly/helpful. This is the second exhaust I’ve had done here and both times were excellent.

My van had a crack in the flex pipe. They took a look and recommended cutting out the bad flex pipe and welding in a universal. Got the job done in a half hour and fixed it perfectly. Really great experience. It would have been torture doing it myself with no lift.
