Horrible customer service, you pay so much money through them($700) and they can't help you when you need it. Mind you I've been going there for the last four years but never agian. You can go to a guy working out his basement for the same service and way cheaper

This was our first time using Liberty Tax and I have nothing but good things to say about Nancy Howard! She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made Myself and my boyfriend who also used her feel at ease. I had quite a unique situation and was nervous to do my taxes this year and she made me feel so comfortable and I am confident she got me the best return possible! She took the time and did not rush which we appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about a Nancy Howard and highly recommend her to anyone looking to have their taxes done!

Liberty Tax in Chelmsford is an awesome place for filing your tax purposes. I have to say that I had issues with RCA. The workers r always there to answer your questions at any time and for myself, the owner/Operator of that establishment Tracy McDonald has years and years of working in that field and knowledgeable when it comes on helping people to keep your taxes up to date. She helped me figure out and finally put an end to my tax problems. Thank you for all of your hep?♀️??l

Environment had an old and musty feel, wide open space with 4 tables and run down seats. No doors or cubicle walls to cut sounds for privacy, so you can hear the guy next to you and so can everyone else waiting. Tax agent was nice, but didn't seem like he knew much. He didn't ask a single question, besides to verify if he had entered the correct information. Beware of the final charges, it was definitely over priced!! If I was able to cancel; turn around and walked out, I would have and used turbo tax instead. I honestly thought that he'll have more knowledge as a tax agent but unfortunately that's not the case here. No stars!
