John is the only mechanic I trust with major repairs in the whole Boston area. I’ve done business with him three times now, and every time he has been courteous, professional and honest. I’d say I actually know how to take better care of my car now, because of how well he explains issues and what steps he took to solve them. There are other good mechanics out there, but go to this guy if you need major work done and need someone you can trust. His turnaround times are quick, he’s flexible on scheduling, and he won’t let you down.

This garage is a total joke!
They did not do any of the work we were charged for - after having the car for over a month, they charged us over $2,000.00 and we could not even drive the car!
They caused so much damage to our vehicle and made several “so called repairs" that we we were not informed about ahead of time - Which ultimately cost us thousands more to repair their errors by a professional mechanic- Our advice- Stay away!!!
Owner claims in his response that is not how he does business but I beg to differ on that he in fact did this and no amount of apologies or contrition changes that so. You screw up the first time but will never get any calls or another shot at it! Treat every customer like gold. It was repaired in 4 days by another shop.

Best shop ever in every way possible. I’ve been going to John for a couple years now and would never go anywhere else. He is honest, respectful, and fair. Like a lot of people, I know a little about cars, but not enough to fix my own. I 100% trust John with everything and am so happy I found him. If you’re in the area (or not) you will NOT find a better mechanic.

John has been servicing my car for the last couple years since I moved to the area. He was highly recommended by a friend. The service is awesome and the pricing is fair for the work he does. I've also called with car "emergencies" and John is always available for advice or to drive it around the block with me to listen to all the noises I hear. :) He gives me the most cost effective fix and doesn't try to push me into a repair that is unnecessary like some other garages in the past. He even has a loaner if you are in a pinch. Easy to deal with and just generally a nice guy!

Just showed up with my car John was amazing listened to my concerns told me he wouldn’t be able to look at the car until the next day because it was still hot (car was over heating) he called me 30 mins after I left and told me he went out just to take a look to see if he could see what was going on he found the problem told me he would have my car ready by noon time the next day he called me at 9:30am and my car was ready he was even Welling to pick me up to retrieve my car if I didn’t have a ride and it cost a little less than what he quoted me !!! I would definitely bring my car back to him very easy to talk with and put my mind at ease with my cars issues.Service: Auto maintenance
