I paid cash for the servicing on my vehicle and Sunoco attendant made me sign on a sticky pad saying this is policy of Sunoco Gas Organization that if a customer pays cash they sign on sticky pads.
Well its against the law of Massachusetts, USA. I am planning to file a complaint at consumer financial protection bureau cfbp and also planning to send a letter to the Chief Executive Officer of Sunoco Gas letting him know of the crime.
The reason that lady did this was perhaps a few white ladies standing in a group pressurized her. I would not know why and this is just a suspicion.
Otherwise, the repair shop did a fine job with oil change, spark plug replacement and filter changes.

I recently had my radiator, tire , and well the whole car repaired by Tim at , Drum Hill Sunoco and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a clear explanation of what needed to be done.
Tim took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise was evident as they quickly identified the problem and offered me options for repair. I was impressed by their honesty and transparency—no upselling, just straightforward advice on what was necessary to get my car back on the road.
The repair itself was completed quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I felt confident driving away, knowing that my car was in excellent condition. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. ( my car needed some work)
Overall, I highly recommend Tim at Drum Hill Sunoco for any radiator issues or general automotive repairs. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines skill, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Plus the guys pretty funny too. I will definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs.

Always accommodating, I go sometimes to have my car checked out ,with out an appointment. Up front about the issues . I had my car towed there a few times and just recently and it was fixed right away very satisfied with their work and price. Always polite great team of Guys that work there very friendly. The Manager was very nice and I'm grateful He helped me out with my situation!!!

The last time I went there for a check engine light . They took the car and come back . They stated is not a big problem. They didn't take any money. They clear the engine light .

Had my muffler replaced and they did an amazing job. Everyone was super nice and informative. A little pricey because of the one part i needed but overall not too bad!

AWESOME SERVICE!!! I went in to get my sticker and the guys they were honest and upfront told me they couldn’t pass me because my tires were not in good shape. It was a safety issue….. So they immediately suggested I wait. Let them replace my tires which they did, Very quickly, I didn’t have to wait more than an hour, and I got my sticker. I moved from Chelmsford & Drove to this Sunoco just for the service that I have always received there. They are very professional upfront and honest.

1st time I visited there for an alignment and inspection and had an amazing experience. Great customer service, took time to explain results and friendly. They were very busy, but wait time was not bad at all. Gain a new customer, definitely will be going back for my vehicle needs. Thank you

These guys are great! We broke down on I495 on the way from Maine to New York. Called Drum Hill and they said they could take a look at it right away (other places we called said it would be a day or two). Had it towed there and within a half hour they diagnosed the problem (bad alternator). Got the part in and had it fixed within 3 hours (we hung out at the Starbucks right across the street), and we were back on our way. Thanks so much!
