Doctor Auto did a great job with my car and although there were a lot of problems pointed out, they didn’t pressure me to take care of them all at once. Their diagnosis site has pictures of the problem in your vehicle which I think is helpful so you can see what they are referring to.

There's a slim slim chance this was a mistake, but I believe they had malicious intent by not screwing on the cap to my radiator reservoir. I went in for them to check a coolant leak. Luckily I checked it before driving away because the cap to the reservoir was barely screwed on half a thread.... If that... If I hadn't fixed it, every drop of coolant would have steamed out of the reservoir, or that cap definitely could have fallen right off if I hit a speed bump a little too quick. This was right after they told me I need a new radiator for over 1200. The next mechanic told me I needed no such thing. As for the reservoir cap, if you search their reviews there's other people who had mysterious leaks after leaving this place and I have a feeling this is a move they pull regularly to get you right back into their shop. Only recommend this place to your very worst enemy.
Edit: I can confirm one year later that I never needed a new radiator. Still drove all year on the same radiator. Only did one flush and swapped out the reservoir for a new leak a couple months ago. It was replaced no problem, and this radiator is still going strong. The other day I found the bogus $1200+ invoice they tried to give me so I was reminded to warn you all.

A+!!! I needed my AC fixed during a heat wave. Doctor Auto saw me the same afternoon I requested an appointment. They recharged my freon for a very reasonable price and did it lightening fast. Thank you so much!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SHOP!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!
I had a 2001 Buick century I wanted to buy and I brought it to the shop to have their second opinion and they told me it was a great car and I should buy it so I do……. then a week later overheats and they tell me I need an intake manifold gasket and a valve cover gasket and a thermostat. Cost me $1400 to do the whole job for a supposedly good car. A week later the transmission line blew when I was driving and it blew up the transmission. This was a car they said they looked at the undercarriage and found “No rot”. My buddy told me to get it towed to his mechanic to check it out. He goes to Cow-gill automotive in North Chelmsford. Anthony the mechanic told me he never ever would have told me to buy this car. The whole undercarriage was rusted and the subframe was going to fall out. If you want a good mechanic, go to Cowgill. He’s an honest guy and I’ve been going there now for over a year Dr. auto can screw off for letting me buy a car for $4000 then letting me sync $1400 into it just to find out that’s now worth no more than scrap money.
