I needed passport-size pictures urgently while at a conference in this town. I went to Walgreens first but they were inundated with too many sudden orders & politely explained that they had to shut down the photo center. This CVS store was the only other closest option.
The young lady at the Photo station was courteous & professional. Due to how they placed their White board (sunlight seeping through the back window), and a camera with no flash, the pictures came out very dark with a Gray background. This Associate took the picture several times but nothing worked - such excellent service that she tried so many times to improve the picture quality.
The problem was the Store Manager for that shift. I suggested that perhaps we should move the White board to face the sunlight, & gently tried to shift it. It didn't work but across the aisles, this lady in CVS uniform starts yelling "Don't touch that! Excuse me, do NOT touch anything!" LOL, I simply backed away, startled at her uncouth & unprofessional approach. The young lady at Photo whispered that this loud lady was the Store Manager.
Ma'am, the public at a store like CVS will touch goods, freezer doors, shelves, crates etc., - perhaps a better technique would be to calmly greet the customer: "Hello, how may I help you? Please don't touch that as it may fall or break".
This is not a fish market or car auction - there is no need to yell like that, unless she thinks she actually owns the store or is just used to bullying certain segments of our society. Way to represent "classy" Chelmsford and CVS.
Thankfully, this isn't my neighborhood CVS store so we won't cross paths again ?

Alway’s excellent service! If I’m picking up or going inside. I love this CVS! Very sweet Indian girl inside tonight. Sorry, I didn’t look at her name tag. Great worker’s there!

Horrible service at this pharmacy location. They could never locate prescription in their queue after doctor sending it several times. Waited in line 15 minutes to get prescription when it was supposedly found and they closed the window on our face without even acknowledging our presence. Girl literally closed window with her back to us.

Very bad service by pharmacist named Hiren. He thinks he is the smartest guy on this earth. He was trying to teach me that he isn't a doctor and can't prescribe a medicine for me when I never asked him to do that. On top of that, he sarcastically asked if I understand english. I understand english but you (Hiren) don't understand how to serve and speak with your customers.I decided to add this review after having a bad experience 2nd time. Few staff members who are working in this store (outside of pharmacy) are good and helpful.

Pharmacy staff or manager in charge is either lazy or don't want to service customers. I arrived at the window two minutes before 8:00 and there was one manager who was not doing anything and he could have served my prescription but NO. He waits until exactly till 8;00 and sent me back. I guess his job is to notify customers of closing hours instead of servicing customers. He also blames on the system. I guess lazy f**ks always blame computers or systems for their incompetence.

I have been going to this location since 1983, even before it was bought by CVS. I have five prescriptions there now. All the staff (store and pharmacy) have always been helpful and courteous to me and my wife, and to any other customer I have ever observed in the store. I am posting this because I see some negative reviews; I just want to say that for close to 40 years I have treated the staff with respect and the staff has treated me the same way.
