This place made me come to open a 10min student account twice. They dont pick up the phone to schedule appt, then they make you wait for 1.5hours because they want to go for a lunch break. Disgusting place!

I am a long time citizens customer. I went in last Saturday at about 1045 AM to inquire about opening an account for a minor. The young gentleman was very nice and tried to ask the other teller for information. She was rude, irritable and seemed annoyed at being bothered..

As usual their ATM is not working nothing worse when you want some money on a Saturday night and you can't get it cuz the ATMs down again or why I'm here you want to make a deposit so you don't spend it cant..

ok so this bank is so annoying CAUSE FIRST OF ALL. I called their customer service right? they hang up or talk over me & wouldnt let me speak at all. this already happened twice and im very disappointed in this bank. this bank is a whole scam fr , they don’t even show that they care & act as if they all that like their not. be better AND have better customer service cause I will not be treated this way.

Go to another bank. This staff it’s a joke, they messed up with your money all the time. And when they need to fix their own mistake they just ignore you, and treat you really bad. In five years with this bank, I’ve never had the treatment I got today, they deposit my pay check back to my business account instead of my personal account. Thanks to this staff I’m gonna pay double taxes, and they just didn’t want to fix it, they are a joke, worse customer service ever. Don’t trust your fund to this branch. Just Ridiculous

Stood in line for 20 minutes. I was next in line, just watched every employee leave the front desk with ~10 people in line to go in the back room. They didn’t acknowledge any of us, just kinda left us waiting there. They were super attentive to the guy delivering their pizza though which was borderline comedic as they rushed out to grab the pizza then ditched the entire line of customers. Not that citizens has ever been known for customer service but if they’re going to take so much money from me every year it’d be cool if they ever attended their counters for more than their apparent 5 minute/2 customer limit every day. I’d leave this bank if it wasn’t so hard to switch accounts over to a new bank. Thanks shitizens bank <3

Always friendly service. The bankers work hard despite being in a busy supermarket. No branches in Lowell so all customers in the WHOLE city go here. Too bad corporate Citizens doesn't get these hard workers more registers because long lines can be a pain. Overall, great customer service. That's why I go back.
