This place made me come to open a 10min student account twice. They dont pick up the phone to schedule appt, then they make you wait for 1.5hours because they want to go for a lunch break. Disgusting place!

I am a long time citizens customer. I went in last Saturday at about 1045 AM to inquire about opening an account for a minor. The young gentleman was very nice and tried to ask the other teller for information. She was rude, irritable and seemed annoyed at being bothered..

As usual their ATM is not working nothing worse when you want some money on a Saturday night and you can't get it cuz the ATMs down again or why I'm here you want to make a deposit so you don't spend it cant..
