The owner was great. Pulled in with flat tire. Though owner busy with other cars he advised me on stripped bolts to help change tire. I highly recommend Rudy(s).

Had a racist encounter with a customer and the employees simply ignored and no one helped. Of course I remained calm and tried to be as kind as I can be, however the situation was unfair. The lady picked up a fight with me simply because she wanted to be first in line for a car inspection. I for there first and early and she was after me. After her rude and scathing comments, I asked the mechanic to check the cameras and see how this woman approached me belligerently (she is caucasian). The employees Completely ignored the situation and stated that the cameras don’t work…. Or they don’t work because they know what I said is true. The mechanic saw that I was getting upset and started to follow me to the car and said, “please don’t go, I’ll check your car in less than 10 minutes, just please do not post what happened here on social media”. That was extremely suspicious to me. What are they hiding? I’ve been coming here for 5 years and will never come back. One day it was with me and then tomorrow it can be with someone else. I guess they did not want my money.

I had my car towed here cause it died and the battery leaked acid everywhere, ruining a lot under the hood, they were able to get me in quickly and get the work done quickly. Even when the problem ended up being way more intense than we suspected they happily helped us out and did everything they could to get her fixed up. They did a full look over the entire car and found some other issues we weren't aware about and quoted us for future repairs. Truly a better experience than the normal Meineke I go to and will definitely be back. Thank you guys again so much

I just moved back to the area and of course my rear brakes started grinding. Rudy himself contracted me via Facebook messenger and gave me a quote. I spoke with a few other garages but for reasons I wasn't interested in using them. So I made an appointment with Rudy and he was amazing. I didn't have a ride so he dropped me off and picked me up. I'm very impressed with him and my brakes didn't break my bank account haha. I will definitely use Rudy's Fuel & Auto Service again.

Rudy seems like a nice guy, and seems honest. I have had my vehicle serviced there in the past, but I don't think that I will be returning. I went there for a minor issue recently, and waited for the repair to be done. I was watching the vehicle and, his helper mechanic was the only person who was in the vehicle. When the vehicle was ready, I paid the bill, and left. It was later that I realized that his helper mechanic had stolen an item out of my vehicle. Rather than take time out of my day to drive back there, I felt the better option would be to make others aware.
