I had to cancel my membership while I got relocated for work..I continue to get charged and the GM has not been able to get on the phone to talk. Every time I call the line goes to voicemail and they apparently don't look at their email!! Worst place ever.

Now I realize everyone has the same problem I have .. They don't want you to cancel .. They kept charging me even after I went there and told them to cancel .. Wish I had the power to close this place.

If you want to cancel your membership due to moving the manager has to physically be there and is almost never there (we have come multiple days in a row). The staff at the front are not empowered enough to cancel a long standing subscription and are rather rude when asked for anything, particularly whoever was working the morning shift 9/9/23. I would not recommend this gym if you ever plan on moving or changing gyms.

Literally the most complicated multi step process to cancel a membership for a family member. Spoke to multiple people at the gym, the collection company who they use is rude and extremely unhelpful. I did everything that was asked of me to cancel a membership and it’s now 3 weeks later and they still have not canceled the membership.Ridiculous and very bad business

I joined The gym after reviewing the trainers and selecting a specific trainer for my personal training needs. I then paid in advancePersonal training appointments, more than half of them were canceled last minute.This Is a management failure and an unacceptable way of conducting business.A gymn should not retain services of trainers that are Consistently unable to meet training appointment commitments.The management seemed unmotivated about after they were informed although they acknowledged that they had received multiple complaints regarding the trainer

The Haverhill site is nothing short of monumental. The staff is sharp, professional and attentive. The array of equipment and opportunities for training are as one would hope in a well-attended facility. Cleanliness is solidly consistent and beyond reproach. The clientele is widely diverse, with all age groups and levels of ability appearing comfortable. Big ups to this house, which is just now completing a program of renovation and equipment modernization.⚡️⚡️⚡️?⚡️⚡️⚡️

They are rude. You sign an agreement for one year and after that, they extend it for you even if you don't go there anymore to use their gym and the worst part is you can't even call them on the phone to stop it even if you moved out of state, they give you an excuse so that they can keep billing you. Don’t use them.

I joined a little over a month ago. I've communicated with Phil and Nancy on a few occasions and both of them have been helpful and kind.1. Cleanliness - the work out area and locker rooms are clean. I've even seen professional cleaners with antibacterial spray deep cleaning the equipment during one of my dozen visits since I joined.2. Contract transparency - when I signed up, Phil communicated the contract terms clearly and with full transparency. I find many of the complaints here about contract issues to be outrageous, as all gyms I've been a member of have the same terms. For example, Planet Fitness, Bally Fitness and Boston Sports Club require an in person visit or certified letter to cancel a membership. Standard record tracking process.3. Busy at times - One of my concerns prior to joining was wait time for equipment during peak hours. While the gym is busy at peak hours, I've been able to get my workout in without waiting more than a couple minutes for equipment.Overall, it's an excellent gym.

Choice fitness recently bought out my gym-Boston North Fitness in Danvers. They quickly jacked up rates, reduced class availability and have made it ridiculously difficult to cancel the membership. I do not recommend this gym.

I am sorry but this is the last resort I have to use for someone to reach out to me.I cancelled my membership since I moved away from MA. I put in the request with the manager, Phillip, on 02/14/2023, and later emailed him my credit card statement that showed I was moving.Despite this, I have been charged today for March. Please cancel my membership ASAP
