Update for 2nd visit: Rick and his team never miss a beat. They helped initiate the process to make custom wedding band made to match my grandmothers ring and were in constant communication providing new developments. They also helped me find a wedding band for me that fits my style! Thanks Rick and Team!Eric was awesome to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of my questions.I was gifted my grandmothers ring for when it was time to get married. I trusted Eric with this ring. He did an amazing job with it and was able to have the off center diamond recut to sparkle! Highly recommend him as well as the store as a whole.

My fiance and I got my engagement ring here and had a great experience right away. The ring is very well-made, the price was fair, and their customer service is excellent. I'm definitely never going to another bloated corporate chain jewler again. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Rick and Charles have been immensely helpful for a number of years, guiding me so I wouldn’t make bad decisions and going along with what I wanted to do when it was important. Together we designed a pendant featuring the birthstones of all five of our grandchildren, which they subsequently repaired when a stone cracked (our mistake). I could easily go on, but I hope you get the idea - this store is a real find, situated in unassuming Chelmsford, MA. I feel very lucky to have a jewelry store this fine in a small town so close to us.

Charles Frederick is simply a great jewelry store! All their staff are knowledgable and friendly and they offer excellent service at an excellent price! There's no need to search anywhere else for a jeweler. Lovely merchandise and lots of variety from which to choose!!

Their staff is so very helpful & kind & no pressure sales tactics! They also offer estate jewelry at very reasonable prices and other jewelry is very high quality too. I prefer them over some of the other jewelers I’ve usually bought from! Kudos 5 stars ? & 5 diamonds ?!!!!!!!
