Normally I try to park further away from other cars because of my inability to easily get in and out of my car by but this time because I needed to have a heavy battery brought in I parked closer .attempting to clean a mess my son made and getting him into car seat a employee was trying to back into the tight spot when there was clearly other spaces available I tried to hurry but I can only move so fast the employee left the car half way in spot and went in and when I told him I was trying to clean up melted ice cream and get my son in car he told me well I work here .well I am a customer and I also heard him say when he walked in Rude people quite frankly I think he was rude and I had to ask someone to get into my car to move it because I couldn’t get into my car

Need a part, found it on Autozone web said chelmsford had it 12.99. Called store Alex, verified he had part, said he was walking store to get it, had it in hand will leave at counter for me as I said im on way, Alex verified the price. Showed up at store was told Alex left?!? Said ok he had left it at counter for pickup. Moron #2 says they don't do that and there's none in store?!? So I said CALL ALEX as he just left, they dont have his phone numbr...ok so I asked MORON #2 what if someone called out sick, would u call Alex? Yup, how, uhhhh I dunno? So if there's no part here can u call another AutoZone? "They don't do that". So now I'm pissed at #1 & #2...look up the part # again please...#2 says "hey look at that we have 2, 1 for $27 1 for $30"?!?, online it shows 12.99!!!!!
" which 1 you want?" 1st you said you didnt have it NOW you have 2 at over 2X cost?!? GOODBYE MORONS
Called CARQUEST in Billerica, said they have it..ill be right there..nice guys, GOT MY PART, maybe I'm older but when customer service says "uh I dunno"...just walk out on the IDIOTS

If you’re going to hire people at your store that work with people that could actually use help, make sure they can actually help! 1000000% Ridiculous.. also pay more attention to your customers than yourselves! Rude people!!!

Great stock of "nuts, I ran out of that" parts and fluids for whatever you're wrenching. Loan a tool program has saved my wallet plenty of times. Easy location on Drum Hill, right next to Cumby's if you need a fill up, too.

I went into the store around 5-PM 12/5/2023. The tall slim long-dark-haired gentleman that helped me was a wonderful and friendly guy that help me without me asking for help. He was super nice and helpful. Kudos!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Kayla the assistant manager!!! I’m so grateful and so appreciative for Kayla the assistant manager. She went above and beyond her job duties to help us. We drove 15 and a half hours from Chicago and our car took a turn for the worse. She was hearing us explain to another gentleman how we just drove from Chicago and how we needed to change our spark plugs. But of course me and my sister had no idea what to do. So Kayla took things into her own hands and did it herself. We’re truly so grateful for all her help and her being so kind to us!! I’ve never met such an amazing person like herself. She didn’t know us and didn’t have to go out of her way to help as much as she did!! We’re loving Massachusetts already!!! Thank you so much Kayla!!

The manager Harry is rude. Very snappy. He needs anger management and needs to talk with shop owner with common decency and respect. . I'm not asking or requesting that he articulate with velvet tongue but the condescending tone should be monitored especially when communicating with the public in his capacity as the manager of an automotive parts chains.
