Do not trust theses people! They are scammers. I brought my vehicle to them because it was pulling. I thought it was the alignment. I was told it was fine. Nope, I needed struts and shocks.
Within a few days of the warranty up I brought it for an oil change to a dealership and was told I needed brakes and tires. If they were a decent dealership they would have done the breaks. They offered to do the breaks 1/2 off what I was quoted elsewhere. They refused to put new tires on it when I was told by them the vehicle was fine. Less than a year of owning the vehicle I had to put $2,000 into it. They sold me a complete money pit. They get - 5 stars from me ?

The "receptionist" Irene was probably the rudest person I've ever come across. Period. Not just for car dealships which is saying alot.....
Made an appointment for a test drive and when we showed up, she was upset that she had to stop watching TV. We go through the test drive and the car drove well enough. Had some very minor cosmetic items and a missing spare tire which we brought to her attention. Instead of just listening to the feedback, she was belittling and sarcastic back to us. That should have been strike two.
We still went ahead and filled out paperwork for a loan. We asked if we needed a cosigner and she said no. Everyone gets approved. It wouldnt make a difference if we had a cosigner. (Not sure I truly believe it but it is what it is. Another sign of how shady they are).
I seriously doubt this was a coincidence but right when we got back, miraculously, someone else appeared and started looking at the same car. We asked about putting a hold on the car because there were other people looking at the car. We asked what we could do to put a hold on the car. We wanted to buy. IRENE told us to put a small amount down to hold the vehicle which we did.
IRENE called two hours later saying from they didnt want to sell the car to us because they wouldn't make enough off the deal. WE WERE PAYING THE LISTED PRICE which we AGREED to. We offered to put more money down but they refused. Im sure someone gets a fair deal from them. Just dont expect it to be you....

Real sleazy practice, women started yelling at me over the phone, don't waste your time. First, I was explaining minor problems i noticed on the test drive and rather than explaining she said "Its an 05 what do you expect." They then proceeded to Renegotiate the deal after I agreed to pay asking price, got financing approved and then proceeded to back out on the deal an hour after I arrived home because they claimed "it wouldn't be worth it to them." Some snakes in the grass, seemingly choosy about who they sell to, would NOT recommend.
Also the woman Irene has no professionalism, and doesn't know anything about the cars in the lot. Randy couldn't even be bothered to explain things clearly, despite whispering in his mother's ear which i could audibly hear over the phone. Overall left a poor taste in my mouth and you shouldn't expect anything better from this sleazy dealership.

11/10 experience!! Irene was very patient and beyond helpful with the headaches we had to go through for me to finally purchase a long-time dream of mine ? super nice, understanding, and was a pleasure to do business with. Do NOT trust this business, They will sell you junk. Bought a car with a cut up frame and a slipping transmission that they never said anything about. They will erase the codes, make it look nice and cover up any issues just to sell it for top dollar.

I've looked at and test drove several cars here over the last three years looking for cars for my daughter, my wife and myself. It is in a convenient spot but everything I look at here is overpriced and needs repairs. The last two purchases I found much better deals on cars that don't need repairs and have lower miles. I'm disappointed every time I look here. Wish I could say something more positive.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Irene being the receptionist is unprofessional & has no knowledge of the cars in the lot what so ever. Randy is no help either barely fixing cars & doing whatever to get them off the lot as fast as possible disregarding any issues… Long story short if you enjoy your money being spent well & having a piece of mind. Avoid this place at all cost, ill never buy another vehicle from here again!!!!! One of them small family business that does anything for the dollar & not satisfying customers.

Businesses like Autos Unlimited explain the reputation used car dealers have. The owner, Randy, had a car languishing on his lot for a long time. He continually lowered his asking price which I rejected. Finally, I accepted his offer. For two days, I heard nothing so I contacted him again. This time, he said he was selling it to another buyer. When I asked why, he said that I would have needed a deposit to hold it--something he had never requested. It was clear that he had no intention of selling the car to me for the price he offered and was using me as a way to pressure another buyer into an inflated price. I noticed that he had a relatively low ranking with the Better Business Bureau. When I asked them why, I was told it was because he failed to respond to their inquiry about another complaint they had received. I also noticed that two of the five-star reviews on this site are ringers who are "sponsored" by the businesses to leave positive reviews. No matter how good the offer looks here, be very skeptical.

I went in for an infinity and walked out with an amazing Jeep. This is a family owned business. Randy, the owner, is so straight forward. He took me in the right direction for what was best for my family. Financing was simple. His mother was amazing. I'm so satisfied with this buying experience! Simplistic. Best customer service I have had in a long time. My family and I thank you!
