“They are honest and very helpful. Was going to get a car from down the street B and G auto sales, had them looked at it. By the end they knew where I got the car. Also when I told Bob from B and G where I was going, he was giving me a bunch of different places to go and said they are bad. When he was doing that so we wouldn’t know what was wrong ofc. Car completely rusted and messaged up. Going to be another 5-10k in fixing.”

The attendant always gives my car a good pre-wash before sending me through, and my car always comes out super clean and shiny. Worth the money and will continue to go here for all of my car wash needs.”
“I was in a fender bender last month and my insurance company has a plan with A Plus Autobody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They reached out right away to schedule the service, sent the bills straight to the insurance company and even allowed me to drop my rental (Hertz) there when my car was ready.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed about the schedule and got it back to me 4 days before the promised date. My car was beautiful when I picked it up: inside and out!

“Going to J D's literally saved me $300! I initially went to the dealership since I have a service plan with them and even with the "discounts" they offered, they quoted me an outrageous number for my seatbelt to be replaced. I later went to J D's to ask for a quote - they purchased the part from the dealership, got me back in the shop next day, and then installed it in like 30 minutes! He even took the time to show me the part and give me some fun facts about it.Everyone at the shop is super personable and friendly which really feels like a bonus when the service is so good.Seriously kickass team! “I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”

“I recently had my radiator, tire , and well the whole car repaired by Tim at , Drum Hill Sunoco and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a clear explanation of what needed to be done.
Tim took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise was evident as they quickly identified the problem and offered me options for repair. I was impressed by their honesty and transparency—no upselling, just straightforward advice on what was necessary to get my car back on the road.
The repair itself was completed quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I felt confident driving away, knowing that my car was in excellent condition. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. ( my car needed some work)
Overall, I highly recommend Tim at Drum Hill Sunoco for any radiator issues or general automotive repairs. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines skill, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Plus the guys pretty funny too. I will definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs.”
“While traveling with a toddler, the airline cancelled our cross country flight and rebooked us on a red eye a day and a half later to Boston (not our intended destination but on the right coast at least!) we rented a car to drive the 5 hours home and about 20 mins into the drive noticed a substantial tire leak. We stopped at this service station and Youseff and the other staff there were incredibly friendly, helpful and got us back on the road very quickly. We are incredibly grateful!”

“We had flats on the two tires of our RV. It was an emergency, we were stopped on the highway. We managed to get to Gregg’s repairs and they were a huge help. They went themselves to get the new tires at another place since we couldn’t. They provided and replaced our two tires while being very kind and considerate to our family who just lived a stressful situation! And it didn’t took long! Would recommend to everybody on the road!”
