I purchased a silver bracelet and wore it less than 48 hours, it fell off my wrist 3 times, the clasp broke off so I went back with the bracelet in hopes I could switch it for another. I feel it was a defective clasp and left very dissapointed... the woman was lovely but the husband felt it was my fault.
