I've been to a couple other Soft as a Grape locations, so I kind of knew what to expect. This didn't have quite as much of a selection as other stores, & like those, the largest size available of anything was a 2XL. Still, if you're smaller than a 2XL & after some Cape Cod branded hats, shirts, or sweatshirts, you could do far worse than this place.

Great shop!! Definitely the best priced cape cod / Chatham branded clothes. The two younger gentlemen working were cool and helpful. Suggested us some food and night life.

Went into the store in Chatham recently to look at new dresses for my 93 year old very picky patient, we were able to find 4 very nice dresses that she liked and were helped along the way by a young man named Nicholas. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and we found what we wanted. 5/5

I had commented on a friend's sundress and was surprised to find she'd bought it at Soft As A Grape Main St Chatham- Chatham Main Street in summer- forget it- but I saw her again in another amazing sundress and just had to go see for myself what a T-Shirt shop had to offer- I was pleasantly surprised to find in addition to the usual Cape Cod T-Shirts & sweatshirts an amazing line of high quality womenswear- dresses, shirts, pants and capris as well as great hats, jewelry & bags and awesome nautical home decor of really good quality and all priced reasonably- The young man who was working was engaging and very knowledgeable- I am so thrilled I took the time to check out Soft As A Grape- I bought five pieces from their clothing line, a bag, a mask and a pair of Cape Cod Earrings! I will definitely recommend this store to my friends!

Great Cape Cod shop on Main St Chatham- very clean and well organized- every item's price clearly marked - huge assortment of sizes, colors and logo's for such a small shop- staff was knowledgeable & professional- I purchased 2 outfits a sweatshirt and a mask-

I don’t think you can find more comfortable clothes! The different stores around the Cape have different offerings so always stop in.

The store was lovely and sweet but when me and my husband asked the lady for help, she didn’t want anything to do with us and it just felt very hostile.We we’re there on Tuesday 08/24/21 around 9:30/10. She wasn’t much help and needs to definitely work on costumer service.

Returned to Chatham store last week as we do every Summer to buy our sweatshirts. I asked a salesgirl who was stocking the sweatshirts that I had come in for about a size. She turned around and snapped at me and said "your going to have to find it yourself! I'm busy!" She was sooo rude! She then continued with her rant and complained about customers for the next 10 minutes! It made us feel very uncomfortable. At that point we decided to leave and try and find another store that sold them. This is the first time in 20 years that we haven't bought one at Soft as a grape! Yes we are all dealing with COVID but this was so uncalled for! We ended up buying our sweatshirts At the other end of town in a very nice store.

This place has really nice and cozy clothing, but they're a bit over priced. Occasionally they'll have some sales but they aren't that great. The quality of their hoodies aren't worth the price, but they have a good selection. The employee that was checking us out had a terrible attitude. They seemed like they hated their job which is understandable, but you would think they would at least fake a smile or something. They seemed like they wanted nothing to do with any costumer.
