Jay and Keith were so helpful and kind to a very impolite customer who came in and gave them a ridiculously undue hard time, they were kind and patient despite an unspeakably rude man. Always a hardworking and friendly staff.

I don't understand why the website says that the store is open until 9pm (specifically the one in Chatham), when the store closes at 7pm

Specifically this store (Chatham) they always have an attitude for some reason. I rarely will go here because of it. The other ones are exactly what you would expect. Cheap stuff, for cheap.
