The manager is so curt and rude. She didn't even stop to address the situation going on at the register. She just "couldn't be bothered". If I owned the store it would be time for a new face of the business. Not this woman at all.

I have been an Island Pursuit customer and visited their Sarasota, Chatham and Mystic stores many times. I just want to say a sincere thank you for the exceptionally high bar of customer service reminiscent of “days gone by”, which I experienced at all the stores, but in particular, with the Chatham store. We recently had a problem with a defective product and they took care of it by replacing the item quickly and effortlessly standing behind their products ?%. We greatly appreciated this response and look forward to being loyal customers for years to come. Thank you!

Island Pursuit is a higher end medium size boutique clothing store located on Main St. in Chatman. They have clothes for both men & women here. They have really nice all top brands names & some other local brands people may not be as familiar with. They have pricier items but sometimes they have sale items in here too so look for those. The clothes, colors, & styles reflect the "Living on Cape Cod" theme with nautical styles, & color schemes. Their clothes also reflect activities popular on the Cape like hitting the beach, sailing, boating. They have 5 locations & have been in business since 1983. I bought a great pair of Cool Hurley Boardshorts here at the standard price. Can't wait to wear them. When you walk out of here with a purchase you'll look like a Cape Cod Native instead of a tourist. LOL! It used to be, you had to have mega bucks & be really rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!
