With honesty and respect, I just didn't like my experience with Chatham Collections. I wish that I had, but the atmosphere was uninviting due to (what I percived to be) a condescending employee. Perhaps I will try again at a later date with the hopes that they're a little kinder. As for product, they carry an assortment of touristy sweatshirts and gifts.

I was visiting with friends in the area i looking a decent sweat shirt i could have to wear around my apartment in the evening that i liked so much that said Chatham it was well worth purchasing i enjoyed the kind and helpful service i received from the employees in Chatham collections thank you again so much for the kind and helpful service keep up the excellent customer service. Unresponsive. I am unable to reach this store by email or by phone. If you have a problem and don't live nearby, you have no way to fix it.

Nice products but overpriced. Staff is a bit overbearing but biggest issue is no one mentions NO RETURNS They offer exchange or credit only. Wish the policy was clearly posted at register.

So I went in here hoping for a magnet. Tourist-friendly souvenir shop that it is, they had magnets, but not the one I was hoping for (a simple 'Entering Chatham' sign replica). They had the design I was after in coaster form, but not as a magnet, but I had money to burn (ladies who need a sugar daddy, take note) & I was eager for a souvenir, so I left with a wee buoy replica instead. Service was fast & friendly.

Great place and great quality products/clothing! Definitely a place you wanna stop by when in Chatham! Amazing workers that are super helpful and knowledgeable about the area, also family owned and run!!

A necessary store in every touristy beach town. Must have t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and plenty of tchotchkes. I purchased a tee shirt and so far I am pleased that it is soft and fitted as opposed to the old fashioned scratchy ill-fitting, boxy, t-shirts. The resin beach scapes painted onto the paddles and surfboard wood cutting boards are a fantastic gift for anyone who loves the beach. Decent prices too- I don’t think the price of beach town t-shirts has gone up much in the past several years.

Such a great family business!!! All the workers are so helpful and friendly! The store is so beautiful and modern. So much variety in products and a great assortment of colors in T-shirts! Can't wait to visit again soon!!
