“This store is fantastic, with unbeatable prices and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I always find what I'm looking for here, no matter what I need. Although it can be quite busy at times, the wait is always worth it for the amazing deals. The hot-made food is also a standout feature, with delicious options like pizza, salads, and small chickens without a doubt, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal and exceptional service.”
“This is a nice quiet local grocery store. Prices are not cheap but they're reasonable and sometimes you find deals. The selection of some items is limited. The Cashiers are generally friendly and professional young people. Just a nice store. I've never seen any low class behavior here. Go to Walmart down the street for that lol.”

“I had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.”
“Clean, friendly, and if you sign up for the loyality program, there are some EXCELLENT bargains each week. Prices otherwise are about the same or a little higher than the bigger stores nearby. Also have a few items you wont find elsewhere.”
“I worked at this store, all my teenage years. Love working here. I returned this weekend from out of state to get my favorite bakery goodies, store still clean, employees super friendly. It was good seeing all the people I worked with being promoted. Shaw's is a good company.”
“Decent produce selection. Good deli with sandwich service and they store make pizza with fresh dough. Seafood is typical for grocery stores in the area, plus they offer fresh fried fish and is pretty good. Butcher section is good when staffed and usually has a good selection of cuts. Overall I would say prices are higher than others, but to me it's local and service is good when you need it. Self checkout is what it is.”

The spices and other bulk items are wonderful, the interesting and high-quality local and international fair trade gifts are great for anytime of the year, and we buy all of our holiday gifts and cards there!Sarah provides super personalized service, researching products or supplements she doesn’t have and finding them for us to the best of her ability. Everyone in the store is always so friendly, so it feels like a supportive community, with other customers giving helpful suggestions on all sorts of topics.We especially appreciate all of the hard-to-find specialty items, as we are vegan and gluten-free.We are thrilled that when Sarah finally retires, Tiptop will transition into a food co-op and still be available for the local community in Brookfield and beyond!”

“Everything I need quick fast and easy is there once you learn their shelf stocking schedule it's pretty quick to be in and out especially if you have a list pre-made before you enter. Definitely worth shopping after 8pm always a quick in and out after that time.”

“The manager who was working today May 21st was by far the most helpful and nicest person. I didn't get his name but I came in with an elderly relative of mine and he had an OTC card and it was a mess but even though it was a pain to figure it out he stopped everything and went above and beyond to help us and he could've just left us to figure it out but he helped way more than most people do. He was also such a friendly nice man and even though it was probably extremely frustrating on his end he did everything he possibly could to help us . You don't really get that type of assistance at any stores these days and I'm extremely appreciative and thankful for his help and kindness!”
“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”

“This location is super empty late at night, plus every time we've gone it's just really clean. The check out experience has been really great as well. The last time we went there the lady gave us a ton of paper bags and scanned a bunch of coupons without us even asking her. I wish I got her name, she was so nice. If you ever need to meal prep or feel like donating to a food bank etc the weekly advert has amazing deals. So look into that.”
