I can't say enough good things about Dick’s Tire Barn. This family-owned business is truly a gem. Every time I visit, I'm met with professionalism, respect, and genuine kindness. Wonderful experience with the shop. Kind, professional, quick and fair pricing . Ole school work environment with wonderful customer service.
I found myself with a slow leak in my tire on the Massachusetts Turnpike on a Friday afternoon in stopped traffic! I called the Tire Barn for assistance and they said they would be happy to take a look. Thank goodness, I carry one of those portable air compressors. Pumped up the tire (several times) exited the turnpike and limped to the shop. They brought the car in the shop in 10 minutes, inside patched the damaged tire, checked all the others and were finished in 40 minutes. Talk about customer service!?
I need new tires on my other vehicle(pickup truck) and that’s were I am going to purchase them. They are about an hour away from where I live but they are worth the driving. Thank you folks.

What an incredible experience! I went there panicked with an almost flat tire.. they were able to diagnose and correct the issues 3 other places missed! All within 15 minutes! Some of the kindest people you will ever meet!

Ran over a piece of metal so I pulled into the parking lot and within minutes I was in the garage bay and they had my car jacked up fixing the issue. And they have shop dogs so that’s always a plus. Definitely recommend this place.

Have driven past these guys for years. Happened to need tires and a trip to Treehouse. So glad I called, not only are these guys the cheapest around, but the friendly tip to stern service and well oiled machine of a tire team working their 'ballet' is an old-school pleasure. Embrace the nostalgia...clear pride in their teamwork, no big box fake frills, and have trust in the quality of work. I'll be using them for all of our future tire needs!
