Was referred to Jeff’s garage by MD Motors in Southbridge who mentioned an exhaust specialist who repairs and replaces exhaust systems for reasonable and fair prices. One quoted my exhaust repair for about 1100 dollars. Yet when I gave it to Jeff he did the job in less than 6 hours and I only paid 100 bucks!! I basically saved 1000 dollars by choosing this man. “My family and I got stranded on Sunday because my older 2013 Ford F150 truck (100K mi) Check Engine light was flashing and running super rough making my truck undriveable as I was worried I was doing more damage.
The AAA tow drivers knew John and immediately recommended him so I had my truck towed to John's Auto. The next day pretty early in the AM John told me what causes the Check Engine light to flash (misfires) and temporarily fixed it for $50 telling me what I should do in future to ensure it works more reliably (new solenoid electical connectors re-soldered). Truck runs fine now and I was pretty impressed at how fast they fixed it. I'd recommend Johns Auto to anyone that gets stranded in that area!”
“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”
