Dan was just so easy to work with, NO PRESSURE AT ALL! He was on time with everything, very very reasonably priced, good selection of carpets, VERY GOOD work on our stairs in our home. Could NOT recommend him enough! We shopped around ALOT and he was such a great choice!

We've been doing a lot of work on our home have dealt so much with no/slow responses and stressful scheduling. My husband and I both agreed working with Wholesale Carpet was the best experience we've had so far -- Dan answered our quote request quickly with more questions, Patrick came within a week to show us carpet options, and Dan promptly scheduled the carpet installation once the ordered carpets arrived. They even priced out multiple quotes for us to help us see what would work in our budget. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. Payment was easy and transparent. We were impressed by the efficiency and the quality of their work.

I highly recommend these folks. I requested a quote and they called the next morning and the estimator was at my house that afternoon. I got a quote 30 minutes later and the carpet was installed 2 days later. Dan in the office is extremely responsive (emails back within minutes) and on the ball. Pat the estimator was a great guy and did not pressure me into buying the highest priced carpet and pads. The installation crew came promptly in the morning, did great work, and left the place as clean as they found it. They made some great suggestions about tile to carpet transitions, and I am extremely happy with the end product. So save yourself from going into a big box store or calling one of those 1-800 carpet numbers, and go with a local company that provides great service at a great price.

Dan and Patrick at Wholesale are awesome. I called to get a quote, the owner Dan answered right away and had his brother Patrick at my house in 20 mins! Patrick was friendly & professional, took measurements and showed me some samples. He also recommended since I live close by, I should swing by the shop with my partner to see even more samples. A few days later, my partner and I went to the shop in Malden Center and were greeted by Dan, the owner. We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect color & weave that matched what we had in mind. He then placed the order and told us it shouldn't take more than a week to arrive. About a week later, we set up our installation. On the day of the installation, they had their crew here at 8am and they were all done by 2pm! The installation crew(I believe their names were Dennis and Oscar) did an incredible job, were very respectful of our space and answered all my questions without hesitation. All in all, the experience was incredible, the price was right on what we were expecting and communication was next level. I will definitely use them again for any future carpet needs and recommend you do the same!

Dan was response and extremely helpful throughout; getting us samples, meeting to review install, getting alternate pricing. The install crew was also great; respectful, diligent and good at their craft. Dan went above and beyond with some added details. I would definitely recommend Wholesale Carpet.

Incredible service from start to finish. After quotes and shopping with multiple other companies, I came to Dan knowing exactly what I wanted and he was able to make it happen within a matter of 2 weeks for nearly half the price of major competitors. Installers were professional and courteous and did an incredible job. New basement playroom looks amazing! Would highly recommend for all carpeting needs!

Everyone we dealt with was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The two owners are absolutely awesome and made the entire process of picking out a runner, taking measurements, and then installation so simple. The two men who did the installation were equally as kind and professional. I can not recommend these guys enough!

Wholesale replaced 2 stairways, large family room and sun porch carpeting. Highly recommend this locally owned company. Professional, answered questions and concerns, accommodated special requests, pricing options competitive. Installers were on time [and called when running late] and their work is top of the line. I had carpet installed in three bedrooms and two stairways a couple months ago. The whole process from beginning to finish was excellent, and I was particularly pleased with the speed and clarity in communication every step of the way. I am so glad that I went with them instead of the big orange store, and would use definitely use Wholesale Carpet again for future carpeting needs.
