Absolutely terrible. I brought white pants in to be hemmed ($250 Ripley Rader pants which I had never worn) and they stained the front of the pants with what appeared to be coffee. Owner was extremely rude when I called and would not hear me out at all. It’s unfortunate they are the one of the only dry cleaners in Charlestown. I will never be returning given they charged me for hemming the pants and the fact that they completely ruined the item so all in this past trip cost me $300. Do not go here unless you literally have no other option. Honestly wearing dirty clothing or clothing that needs to be hemmed is probably preferable to going here

Service is fine, but don't be surprised when you walk out of there paying way more than you expected and were quoted. I was quoted $10 for a minor alteration but was charged $50. No attempt was made to communicate with me prior and let me know the steep price increase. Was offered little insight into why the price was so high.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Don’t recommend for alterations, very cumbersome process and no one is there to really assist with your needs. Went back twice for the same dress, first they didn’t finish it and sent me home with a half altered dress. Then I picked it up a second time and it’s still not anywhere close to what I wanted/needed. Going to a wedding with a wacky loose fitting dress. Better off spending $60 on alterations somewhere else.

This place sucks. They say they’re open until 7 but I’ve tried to go there several times at 6:45 but the lights are off and the door is locked. Also their prices have practically doubled in the last 2 years. And most importantly they only do cleaning on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS so if you don’t drop off your clothes there on Monday they won’t be ready until Friday afternoon.

they shrunk several expensive sweaters including 2 cashmere. Convenient location but I can't afford to risk anymore of my sweaters

They raise their prices every 6-8 months to the point where it becomes ridiculous to use them. The quality of the dry cleaning/alterations is very good but not within competitive price ranges throughout the city.Service: Alterations
