I am so surprise with CVS Pharmacy, when you call all you get is a machine, and you sit and wait for them to call you back that is so unacceptable..I do understand that this is how it is these day but when you have sick kids or spouse it more frustrated than anything else.

It's an actual health hazard to send your medication over here. No one ever answers the phone, techs mess up prescriptions all the time (I've seen patients come back to say they received the wrong medication multiple times). I was told it would be another week for medication to be in stock. I went to pick it up the day they said it would arrive, and I was told the medication wouldn't be ready for a few hours. I didn't have "a few hours" to wait around, so I called back a week later to confirm if the refill was finally ready because medication had run out. They said it was "too soon to refill," because apparently they marked it down that I picked up my medication when I called to ask if it was in stock yet a week ago. Now, I have to wait for them to process my refill again.

I wish i could give this pharmacy a zero review . They never answer the phone staff is rude and inconsiderate. They dont communicate about problems with prescriptions and then hang up on you when they pretend to pick up the phone. While waiting in line pharmacy techs will literally look you in the eye and look away . They never call for back up when they are suppose too . Rule is 2 or more you call for back up. This location needs new managers and staff who actually do their job.

Said my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Came back 2 hours later and it still was not ready. Then they said they added me to the “expedited queue” and then 20 minutes later said they did not see my name in the queue.

Waited at the pharmacy for 15 minutes. There’s four people working behind the counter in the computers, one person at the cash register. Told me to sit to the side and wait. Stayed there for another 15 minutes without anyone helping me and left.

The fact that you can’t speak to anyone in the pharmacy over the phone is very frustrating. You are forced to leave a voicemail which is essentially useless.

The worst pharmacy in the entire world. I'd rather sit in hours of traffic to pick up my prescriptions then walk 5 minutes go to this CVS. I will never go again. They are rude, slow, and extremely unhelpful.

Really the worst of the worst when I comes to cvs locations. Service is non existent no one answers the phone and they never have prescriptions in stock.I travel a lot and have to fill an Rx on the road because this location doesn’t carry it. Horrible and really should be revamped or just closed

Pharmacist was extremely rude. They mishandled my prescription and then, after I asked about it, pharmacist at the desk literally said "I've explained it twice now" in a very rude voice. I know your job is difficult, but please treat people with respect.
