599 North Ave, Wakefield“I love the savings bank it has 2 locations in Wakefield one on Main Street in the center of town the other on North ave this 1 has a drive-through I prefer the drive-through it is always a very easy transaction The customer service is also amazing oh amazing as well I called you call the location on North ave because I habecause I had unauthorized authorized debits That needed to be recredited to my account everything was was set up for me and All I had to do was sign a piece of paper and the money was put back into my account I am very happy with this bank”

“I can remember when it was originally called Tele-Comm bank & located on the corner of Main St & Ferry St (across from the High School) here in Malden, MA. Since then it has changed "ownership", starting with Danvers Bank which then moved to it's current location on the corner of Center St & Commercial St (across from the Malden Center train station).About 5-7 yrs ago (?), People's United bought out Danversbank & it's branches here in Malden. No matter what, the staff whether they were apart of the Tele-Comm or Danvers, have ALWAYS been there for my mother since this was HER bank after we moved from the Malden-Everett line area back in 2000 to where I am now. Sadly my mom passed away earlier this month & last week, I had to close out her bank account.The branch manager & his colleague went above & beyond to help me w/ this heartbreaking task. I will NEVER EVER forget ALL of the different branch managers, tellers, etc that I've come to know since 2000. I greatly appreciate all their help w/ my mother's personal finances as well as just being there w/ a friendly smile (even behind a "mask" these past 2 yrs). Thank you very much People's United for ALL that you've done through out the yrs for her & thank you to Danversbank as well as Tele-Comm too!”

“I am my fathers P.O.A. They refused to give me bank statements going back a year. This is the second time I asked. The first time was when I brought him in there in Nov.( in his wheelchair) They told me they would mail them to me. I got his checks but no statements. I had to pick them up and I live an hour away. The brunette was very nice. The blonde woman has refused to help me three times. My father is changing banks as soon as possible. They shouldn’t have her representing them.She has a nasty attitude.”
