I never post reviews, but I am making an exception here. I contacted Pella and my request was handled in an amazingly short turnaround. A team of two skilled professionals arrived, on time, Jim Hannon, and his associate. They toured the project, answered all of my questions in great detail and returned a detailed bid within days. I recommend Pella without reservation.

The experience with Pella Windows & Doors was seamless from start to finish. Our initial consultation was relatively quick, but thorough and they were willing to work within our price range and presented options available to us. Once ordered, the turnaround time for delivery and installation was a few weeks. The entire installation process was completed in 2.5 days (1700 sq ft house) and everything was left cleaner than before. We'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for windows & doors!

Filomena was fantastic to deal with. She was very knowledgeable, but also took into account and listened to what I was looking for. There was no pressure to purchase, but in the end the price was right. I would definitely reach out to Filomena and Pella again.

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the Pella sliders installed over 2 years ago. Product has held up well and our visitors always comment on the quality/appearance. Vinny Cannamela helped us select the best solution for our home and has continued to follow up to be sure that we are pleased with the outcome. You can't go wrong with Pella in our opinion.

I had 8 windows replaced by Pella and they did a wonderful job! The sales team made sure every question I had was answered and were a pleasure to work with. The installation team was extremely professional. They worked very diligently and thoroughly to ensure the windows were properly installed. Also they protected the work area as well as cleaned it completely up afterwards. I’m very happy with my new windows and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had all our windows replaced by Pella and it was a great experience. From Jim and the sales crew down to the installers everyone was very helpful. We were notified of any issues immediately and they took care of whatever was wrong in a timely fashion. Would recommend!

I'm thrilled with the work Jim and the Pella team did with replacing the windows on our second level. He gave us reasonable timelines, especially given the materials shortage they faced, and was great at coordinating the entire process. He was extremely responsive, the few questions we had were met with quick answers. The rest of the team was just as effective. They actually got to our house to complete the project earlier than expected, which was great as it was still in the midst of the winter cold. Prices were reasonable and the end result is excellent. We'll be using them for sure when we get around to doing the lower level of our house.

My Pella sliding door looks beautiful and slides effortlessly. The installers were professional, friendly and detail oriented. They had excellent communication and answered all of my questions and concerns. One of the best decisions I've made In my renovations.

I have replaced all of the windows in my condo at Seawatch Village with Pella Windows and worked exclusively with Vinny Cannamela. He has been phenomenal! Professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and always helpful, Vinny is an asset to your company!
Russell Cole has helped me on several occasions as well. On one of my installations, I experienced a minor problem with an installation. Russell called and corrected the problem immediately. It is the exception these days to find people of this caliber. Thank you Pella!

I worked with Vinny for two projects for my house on the cape. He was great with follow up and the install went flawless.
He even sent out someone in the spring to help with a screen install that I couldnt seem to install.
