“Overall the experience was pretty horrible. We stayed for business and picked for the location. The rooms were obviously not cleaned (underwear was found in front of the bed and the showers had dirt in the tub). Location was central to what we needed for our business trip, but I'd choose to drive further for another hotel next time I find myself on the cape.”

“On 3 visits in 5 years, we've stayed in 2 different rooms. The Liberty Hill always lives up to our expectations! The breakfast is incredible, rooms are charming while also having modern comforts of high quality showers (in both rooms we've stayed in) and excellent beds / mattresses. The Innkeepers are always friendly and have great tips for what to do in the area. It's very much worth the price.Rooms: We didn't think that our room could get better, and then, they renovated the bathroom and installed a new high-end shower. The mattress was just right, and we had a great night's sleep. We stayed in the Cranberry room both before and after the renovation. The rest of the room, outside of that renovated bathroom and the new mattress, was kept as the historic and charming as before.Nearby activities: There's always so much to do on the Cape, even "off-season." The Innkeepers gave us great recommendations. Plus, so many great local restaurants for lunch and dinner.Food & drinks: Everything was delicious! We've visited 3 times in the last 5 years and the breakfast is always such a treat, as good as any restaurant while in the comfort of the inn.”

“We came from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and this hotel is small, clean, and right on the ocean.
It took me a while to find one on the ocean, as there are others that sound like they are, but if you Google map them, they are NOT.

Rooms are great and clean.”

“Enjoyed my stay here. They have a pool and hot tub with easy beach front access. Tons of activities and offer ice cream hot dogs for convenient lunch. Rooms are comfortable”

“We had the bigger room with the kitchenette. It was a nice setup. Lots of room in the kitchen/living room. They were TVs and both rooms. There is no daily cleaning service. The parking lot does not have painted lines and it was a little confusing as the kitchenette unit was in the corner. Otherwise it was a really nice place to stay.”

“The Inn is sweet. The innkeepers are very nice and have thought out so many details for our stay. We haven't been in Cape Cod in many a year, but the area is amazing with so much to see and do”

“Have had the opportunity to stay here a few times during the winter months the past few years. The pool area is wonderful and offered a great respite from the cold winter months. Rooms are under a renovation plan over the next two years. Front desk staff are very helpful and the entire area is very clean. Upstairs is the Loft restaurant that is great. Hope to visit during the summer months with the outdoor bar area and pools.”

“Literally next door to a mall. We have a planet Fitness membership so we worked out there everyday. Plus there is a Starbucks & Chipotle in the mall. &. A panera not too far away. The staff were great, the hotel has a laundry room, which we used. It’s quarters only, which was tedious, but we got quarters from tue front desk. $3.50 for wash & $3.50 for dry.The room was clean & adequate. Nothing fancy. The bathroom was a bit small. There was a mini fridge & microwave, which was nice. Overall a good experience.”

“We had an issue in which the pool heat pump was broken and the pool was freezing. They very generously refunded us for the stay which was incredibly generous and kind. We deeply appreciate how wonderful the staff was and how they immediately took care of the issue.”

“My family of 4 needed last-minute accomodations on the weekend after July 4th, not an easy task! We searched based on Price & found this gem. Location is fantastic, rooms are functional, staff is great. AC would be nice but they have fans & will bring more if you need them. The center rec /pool area has picnic tables outside the rooms & there are shared grills available. Definitely returning next time we head to The Cape.”

“This is not a fancy place and the decor feels a little bit 1980's but is probably really 2010. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant and check in and out were easy. There are several restaurants in walking distance. It was reasonably priced compared to other places in Hyannis. It is a motor lodge, so the doors all open to the outside rather than a hallway. There was a bit of noise from the parking lot, but it was quiet all night and didn't disturb our sleep.”

“We rented the apartment. It was perfect for a family. It had a fridge and stove to do some cooking. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and less then 15 mins to Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. Ginny and Craig were great, they provided recommendations and always a pleasure to speak with. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Just stayed at Parker Beach Lodge for 5 days and it was wonderful!! Walking distance to the beach and a restaurant was great.
The room is cute and clean. I would like to of had a table and chairs in the room, and it needs a lamp badly. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. The employees are friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great time staying at Bluebird Parker Beach Lodge. Highly recommend staying here if you're coming to the Cape ?

Nearby activities: Beach across the street from the hotel
Skipper's chowder house and ice cream shop is a five minute walk from the hotel too.

Safety: Totally safe area.

Walkability: Yes

Food & drinks: Tons of places to eat nearby Parker Beach Lodge.”

“I am frequent guest of the DTH in Hyannis. The employees and especially the manager couldn't be more accommodating. The rooms are clean and the lobby has a nice little bar for the evening. I look forward to returning especially since their state of the art gym will be completed within the next few months.”

“For the price, this place was great! Room is basic but well cleaned. I’ve been in 2/3 stars that have made me uncomfortable and this was not that at all! I wish the curtain could black out, but that’s the only real miss. Maybe busy road too but that made it convenient too. Pool was really nice! Worth a stay for a quick trip, for sure! Good restaurants nearby.”

“The location is very good , to get to the Fast Ferry to both islands lot's boats activate in marina , JFK museum. There are lots of places to eat and take out. The beaches are close, and are walking distance all around. Two pools! One indoor and one outdoor. When there's bad weather it's a plus for kids. We are very satisfied and will be back next year.

Rooms: Rooms very clean, service is always around and is very friendly whatever you need ?”

“I really enjoyed the stay for the price. While room was smaller than I thought based on the pictures, it had everything you need, including a beautiful indoor pool. I would stay here again

Rooms: Smaller than expected, but adequate and had fair dryer, shampoos, refrigerator

Walkability: Hyannis is tight there and you’re within walking distance of everything”

“Nice location to get to the beaches. Free breakfast and parking are a plus. The room was not cleaned after the first night but it was the second night. Rooms are spacious and clean.”

“Of all the places I have stayed, lived in or just visited, this has been the best yet. I started staying here many years ago when the pool temperature was very high and one of my buddies was very sick and I was BailinH20 for him. For the past weekplus I have been here and now, the folks managing it have changed, the staff has changed and Eye honestly have to say this is the best place on Cape Cod. The bus stops right out front, fantastic empanadas are right across the street, the best miniature golf place is right down the street and they sell Gifford's ice cream which comes from Maine. And some folks say, what, you have never had Gifford's ice cream? You have to try it. So, stay at the Econo Lodge and enjoy everything in the area.”

“We chose Comfort Inns because it located in Hyannis, so central to where we wanted to be located; after a hiatus from the Cape for over 20 years. The rates were reasonable. With taxes just under $600 for 4 nights. The desk staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The lobby was clean. Pool available if you were inclined to swim. The breakfast, available from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. was hot & plentiful; usually scrambled eggs & sausage or bacon; along with a variety of bagels, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, muffins & cold cereals. Someone was always in attendance, making certain items were stocked, tables cleaned & food area taken care of & wiped down. I gave a tip my last day, as it was well deserved by the staff member. As for the rooms, they appeared to be recently ( last few years) renovated. We had 2 queens in ours. Adequate room to move around & set up suitcases. The rooms were very clean, as were the bathrooms. The sink area was just outside the bath/ toilet area, with shelving below adequate to store toiletries etc. A hair dryer, iron/ ironing board were provided, as well as small coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge, as one might inspect. All items were very clean, in good operating order. As for parking, there was always adequate ( free) parking. Centrally located. Did I mention, there was a pizza place located down the street a few blocks away ( same side), which made great pizza by the slice, if desired, great, large salads & Cannoli made on the premises. They offered other fare as well. Wonderful!!”

“We had an amazing experience here. Front desk help was so sweet and helpful even when they were having Internet issues and dealing with other frustrated customers, they stay professional and very kind! Never acted irritated out too busy to deal with the situation. Breakfast was kept clean, fresh and the staff were very attentive!! Our room was very clean and smelled so good walking in. I loved that the ice machine was clean ( we've had horrible experiences with ice machines) The pool area was very kept up, and we had to let staff know they were out of towels and within 5 min they were restocking!! That sauna was my best friend, it was amazing and so relaxing!!! Can't wait to come back!

Nearby activities: We went to P.Town for the day which was an hour away. Great drive, so much to do along the way with shops, malls and cute stands!!”

“The location of this hotel is fantastic! Right on a beautiful beach and just down the road from The Skipper which is a must visit for food if you're staying at this hotel. The room is huge and very spacious but definitely needs a thorough deep clean. There was a damp/musty smell and there was mold on the floor in the bathroom and rust on the lampshade base. The bed however felt fresh and clean. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms so soundproofing could be considered. We liked the pool and hot tub facilities. We stayed for 1 night but probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for any longer than a couple of nights.”

“Was a great place for an over nite ...as far as a longer stay there is no closet space or place to hang clothes or jackets. Was very clean!!! And bed was comfy .”

“Contrary to many harsh reviews, this place is not so bad. I had some concerns before my arrival for a conference. The staff has been more than welcoming. The rooms are not 5 star accommodations but clean and maintained. The shower water pressure is great, better than at home. The conference center accommodations are well equipped and comfortable. The food is reasonably priced and not bad at all. Nice large outdoor pool and pool furniture. The staff and management are really trying to make a positive experience.”

“We are enjoying a long weekend and the location is perfect for our plans. Directly across the street from the ferry to Nantucket- great to only walk a few steps to our room after an entire day walking the island. The hotel is still under construction following a fire several years ago (progress delayed) and there isn't an onsite restaurant and the indoor pool wasn't open in mid April as stated on the website- they are working on all items. There is a breakfast/lunch shop across the street and The Black Cat down the street so food is close enough. The staff is friendly. The room is nice- new remodel modern nautical style. Comfortable bedding, plenty of USB ports, table for two, frig and micro. The water temp in the shower could be hotter.”
