It's a great little office, staff very friendly and helpful. Does a lot for such a small area, don't be fooled by size. Always well stocked. Plenty of parking, inside clean and very well lit.

I get about 70% of my mail and the other 30% goes to South Meadow Village. Today I went in as I was supposed to get my 2 registration renewals last week that never showed. What man at the counter told me Informed delivery isn’t accurate and basically nothing I can do. Great I’ll just pay again and hope they can deliver it this time.

My mail carrier is holding my packages because I will Not fill out a voluntary delivery card I haven't filled out these cards because it is voluntarily and she is holding my packages for no reason my medications in the packages and I can't get to them because my mail Carrier doesn't have a brain

Just watched our mail carrier smash into our trash bins.. didnt stop just kept going. Bins are about 10 ft from mailbox...so why?

Joe went above and beyond to make sure I got my package before Christmas. It was mistakenly sent to Carver instead of my hometown post office. He personally located it, and put it aside so I could pick it up and have it in time. Never once did he give the impression that it was a hassle to him or a bother. And the staff that was there when I picked up package was extremely courteous and friendly. Thank you Joe and all the helpful staff!

I love the staff at this post office. They are always very accommodating.There was one guy who is now retired and he was grumpy and miserable.There was the same type of guy in Manomet as well. Glad they are gone. The staff now goes out of their way to make your visit a quick and easy as possible. The staff is very helpful to me in selecting the proper packaging I need to use for mailing at the best rate. I think they enjoy their jobs and the interaction with the customers. I never feel put out.

Don't get me wrong its as nice as any other post office, you can access a P.O. Box when the "post office" where personal are located is closed (and the lobby is open). HOWEVER, one of the MALE postal workers is straight up rude. I went into the post office to pick up a package that could not fit in my grandmother's mailbox, in her apartment buildings' group mailbox, and she lives in a senior housing area. The post worker decided to comment on what he thought of her neighborhood (It doubles as a low income area as well.), and he was straight up rude about it, so if possible, I recommend going to the North Carver or South Carver post offices, where the people are a lot nicer.
