He loves the handicapped also. I'm 73 and need a cane or walker and he is the rudest employee I have ever come across. Poor young man is miserable - that is probably why it is never very busy. Guess he doesn't need the job cause it happens every time I go in there no matter what for, so I figured I was not the only one that he was rude to. I only looked on this website to see when his lunch time was so as not to disturb the bear behind the wall today when I have to drop off my packages. I feel sorry for people so miserable and rude as there is definitely something seriously wrong. I say have a Blessed day every time I leave.

So clearly the website says they are open until 12pm on Saturdays! Walked in at 11:47am and window was closed. I could hear a man speaking behind the wall and I asked him if they were really closed and he yelled close at 11:45!!!! He was extremely rude and ignorant and 3 other people walked in behind me for services. He yelled behind the wall that the post office on Main Street closes at 12 -- thank you genius as it's now 11:50am and nobody has time to drive to the other location before they close. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Worst post office experience ever. The guy that works here is extremely miserable. Very aggressive and hostile if you ask for anything. He closed my pobox accidentally?When questioned why my box had a notice property of the post office. He claimed I didn't pay my fees. I showed him the email that I had paid my fees online. He began to argue with me that it wasn't allowed at that location? I opened it online and have maintained it online for 5 years? He continued to yell at me. He then stomped over tore off the sign saying my box was now open. I left went and made a report to the post master. Nothing obviously was done. He continues to run this office. Kat the previous employee was a joy and a pleasure to work with sad she left.

The guy that worked there this afternoon is completely MISERABLE. He gets irritated if I ask for a receipt for my packages, so today I didn’t ask. He was snatching the packages out of my hands and just about throwing them. Some of them spinning like a frisbee. I’m sick of having to feel anxiety every time I have to go there. My husband said he was rude to him as well.

The postal employee working the counter today with glasses around 11:30am may have been one of the rudest employee's anywhere I've encountered. I asked nicely to look up a package and refused and and was belittling in his delivery to point my way out and was emphatic that I was foolish to even be there in the first place. Even after explaining I was directed there by my post mistress. First thing he said was "do you have a box here?" To which I said "no" and the interaction went downhill from there.On the other hand Center Carver had excellent customer service and was extremely helpful.Recommend a re-training to the employee or hire someone more capable or handling customer service in an acceptable way. Extremely disappointed.

Compared to the Main Carver post office, this post office is extremely nice and quaint. The post office has old fashioned P.O. Boxes (some even have combination locks). They are very kind and willing to help you. They are a full Post Office, even though they are small. The Zip Code is different from the main Carver zip code (02355 vs 02330). But that should not be concerning to you, the post office is much better than the main post office in town.
